For those who they're clipper start to make noise , check the horizontal of the blade when in ON . If the blade touches your hand , need to fix the blades more right or left .
hahaha 100% real friend, but attention there is a solution, sand each comb by hand with a file on the inside, you can clearly see the place where they rub at the extreme zero gap
I got to the point that I was about to use a screw extractor kit before finally using a super small, sharp flat-head screw driver (one for small electronic devices) and it got deep enough to pop them loose. Unbelievably tight right out of the box as well.

You have to loose the Blade a bit, so that the tool can fit in. Had the same issue

Not everyone zero gaps their clippers and its easier to zero gap then to un zero gap

so when you make a guide line with ur trimmer you can take it out easier and faster with a zero gapped clipper
Or you make a guide Line with a Clipper and take it out with a trimmer

Pointless really trimmers will do the job for skin line, then you don’t get risk of marks to the skin, or loud trimmers.

Its not zero gap tool .. it always left like 1 mm. Have to zero gap manually i guess
If you think there was a 1mm space between the blades, you have no clue of a 1mm distance. Use a ruler my guy.

@@jc9284 I saw a video where you remove them with a screwdriver, as it can start to loosen, but I haven't tested it yet.
