I am trying this for a week! Day 1: didn’t hurt at all and was kind of fun! Day 2:super tired from doing the flat stomach workout but still went through Day 3:super easy gave me a lot of engery Day 4:was nice i had a crappy day and this put me in a better mood Day 5:so easy! Day 6: not bad! Day 7:getting used to it Final results: this really made my stomach flat quick and gave me more confidence
Day 1: Struggled through it but got it done! Doing this before dinner measuring 48 kg, waist:32 inches/81.5 cm Day 2: Did 2 other routines before this and really felt the burn all over my bidy, didnt take as many breaks as yesterday and i have the stretching before this to thank.

I acc have been doing it but I stopped a while ago, it’s affective in giving you the shape you want but that by itself won’t work-you have to do cardio-running, walking, 10 min full body workout, smthing. But yea I have some curves and a line in the middle but not much. Finally: It’s good-but it can’t give you results without a good diet (70/30, which is where you eat 70% healthy, I did this by eating 7 meals a day “unhealthy” as I eat 4x a day( breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner) and then do cardio before it

Im a beginner so cam i reduce the time for myself and then gradually increase it acc to my progress? Cus i really suck at workouts, i start breathing heavily and gets sore body like hell even in the starting

Day 1: didn’t hurt at all and was kind of fun!
Day 2:super tired from doing the flat stomach workout but still went through
Day 3:super easy gave me a lot of engery
Day 4:was nice i had a crappy day and this put me in a better mood

I acc have been doing it but I stopped a while ago, it’s affective in giving you the shape you want but that by itself won’t work-you have to do cardio-running, walking, 10 min full body workout, smthing. But yea I have some curves and a line in the middle but not much.

It’s good-but it can’t give you results without a good diet (70/30, which is where you eat 70% healthy, I did this by eating 7 meals a day “unhealthy” as I eat 4x a day( breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner) and then do cardio before it
