Eu já gosto de morar em bairros mais perto de uma casa 🏠 da outra, me sinto mais seguro, eu imagino mais segurança,

If I’m going to spend millions on a home my neighbors better be a block away

Oh! Believe me @Hamter342, THEY HAVE IT just right around the corner down the street. But a few warnings first: 1) IT'S VERY, VERY, VERY PRIVATE; 2) VERY, VERY HEAVILY GAURDED; 3) BRICKED OFF; 4) and COST MUCH, MUCH, MUCH MORE THAN THIS POOR SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOOD we're driving through; 5) MONEY IS NOT WHAT IT TAKES TO LIVE THERE; 7) President Bush is one of its residents.

You probably do not even understand. This is not about how big these mansions are of how far they are from each other. We have plenty of the neighborhoods you mentioned in Dallas. Highland Park is different, it is an old money neighborhood, the architecture is Spanish mediterranean and is different. This is where a lot of Dallas very, very rich people live in Dallas and some of them are Billionaires. This is more like the Beverly hills of Dallas. These houses are extremely expensive a low-level millionaire cannot afford these houses.

Looks like River Oaks in Houston but I think Memorial is nicer than both.

I live in highland park and memorial houses might look a tiny bit better, but there is no way it’s more expensive than highland park just bc the schools and country clubs

of course palm trees and vegetation can grow in Dallas and other much hotter cities than Dallas. Not only in CA

Nice try, but there's almost no mortgages in the UP/HP zip code (To get the choice to buy/mortgage, you need to have a bank letter which proves you can close on your chosen house outright with cash or have a 2.5mm p/a income). When the power went out and bugs were in our water, these guys had backup power and fresh drinking water (The biggest houses even have intricate purification systems to clean their own water).

HUH? So far, that corner lot OLD MONEY-Mid-Century HOUSE with that PERFECT LAWN at 2:30, that "you don't care for too much", is my FAVORITE.
Obviously, it's very obvious you're young..so I'll let your 'inexperienced lack of wisdom' comment slide...THIS TIME! 🤨

Stop pretending you live in these areas (At least you didn't fall for my disinformation on your reply to hamter342).

@@nonnegotiable2777 HUH? I NEVER insinuated I even live in Dallas (and I DON"T) or of where i live. What I was getting at is that I'm an older man and this is an old house. You also need the wisdom to simply communicate without leaning unto your own understanding, or the lack of.

FYI, 90 percent of Texas is not a desert, so your comment about being surprised that plants can grow in this climate is off. Hollywood films have led the world to believe Texas is a vast empty desert, but it actually isn't. The geological society categorizes the vast majority of Texas as subtropical. Only ten percent of Texas is desert and that is West Texas. All of you who think Texas is all desert, please view drone footage of Austin, Dallas, Houston and you will see it isn't. So many people who move to or visit Texas are surprised that it looks nothing like it is portrayed by Hollywood, including this vlogger apparently. As a Texan, I find this very frustrating.
