Cilantro lime rice is delicious. I am tend to be a multi-tasker when making dinner so I let my rice cooker do all the work. Rinsed rice, water, lime juice, lime zest, minced garlic, salt and pepper, sometimes minced onion, and shredded cilantro all into the rice cooker. Works well for us.
