Krillin was always my favorite character. The big one, for me when Super Buu escapes the Time Chamber. He was the one who stepped up to fight, to try and give everyone time to escape. He knew he would die, but he didn't care, he did everything he could to try and save his family and friends. Fruitless as it was, he was the only one to do it.
For how much Krillin is mocked for being a coward, he's only cowardly in the sense that he has a better sense of picking his battles than the others. But when push comes to shove, he's ready to stand his ground and fight regardless of his weakness. He'd just rather not fight a battle he knows he'll lose unless there's no other choice, as opposed to the other Z-Fighters who will throw themselves into hopeless situations with reckless abandon.

I like how they made Krillin's strengths more in his intellect/ingenuity versus raw power like everyone else in dragonball. He's kind of like the Batman of dragonball imo.
I dont like that comparsion as Batman is without powers... Krillin can generate a large amount of energy just like his teammates. The problem with Krillin is not the character, but his written direction - he is a comic relief. I think in whatever comes after Super, they should beef him to the point of 17/18 and maybe even surpass them.

Yajirobe was able to cut off the tail of Vegeta in giant monkey form - something that gives him ten times his normal strength - and he did it with a normal sword. I think Yajirobe is actually pretty darn strong, he's just also a giant coward. Mr. Satan took a punch from Perfect Cell and lived. It knocked him silly, but it didn't really damage him tons. He's another that's pretty darn strong, but is kind of a coward as well.

How do you not mention the first tournament when he met his fellow monks and beat them up? That was the first moment where not only Krillin had underestimated himself, fully expecting to get beat up by them again, but was also underestimated by his fellow monks, taking them all out with one punch! My wife almost cried when she saw that for the first time, it was such a powerful moment for the character.

Krillin is a dope character, he has had some real important moments in the series as a fighter, friend, brother/mentor, and yes he did pull a baddy 😂. I just think it’s cool despite being human, Krillin has held it down against some of the strongest villains.

Gohan's fight with Krillin wasn't just about gauging Krillin's skills for the tournament. He also wanted to fight Krillin because based on their past experiences, he didn't think Krillin would be a good choice for their team because he had a track record of letting them down, and needed that to be proven wrong.
Always remember: Krillin stayed toe to to with goku throughout childhood He beat a shaolin monk with a single kick Killed several saibamen with a single attack He was a second away from killing Vegeta He killed several of Freeza's goons without breaking a sweat He scored on Android 18. Made that fox his wife. Technically killed Cell with a single attack And in every battle he made a strategic difference Say what you want about Krillin. He gets shit *done*.
You're right! Krillin is one of my favorite what with his being all human with amazing powers (greatly unleashed by the elder on Namik) achieved by his dedication to martial arts and kind heart.
You know say what you want about Krillin, but he answers the call. He may underestimate himself a lot, but he still is there and is ready to put his life on the line. That alone makes him a great warrior. I always thought it would have been kinda cool if he learned the kaioken. Obviously not x20 or x100 or nothing like that. Probably more like just x3. His new super solar flare was a pretty cool edition to his moveset, though.
Not only krillin kept up with goku's base form but he also kept kamehameha for a while while goku ssj blue blasted his. and also you forgot to mention that krillin developed solar flare technique to the point that the fighter could not only see anything but also could not sense any power.
Krillin keeping up a blast battle with Goku SSJB form is either bad writing or Goku COMPLETELY HOLDING back 99.9% of his power. Not saying he's not strong but no way he's actually competing at SSJB level. I'm pretty sure he's not even past Cell Jr. Power level.

Krillin was always underestimated. Because of that he always managed to score some serious hits. And as far as i know he was the first and only earthling that cut of friezas tail! Even beerus acknowledged his prowess in the universal tournament of power.
That last one the #1 is perfect because Gohan showed he didn't learn anything from the Boo fight. Being overconfident like his father does and lets guard down. I did enjoy that episode in DB where Krillin beat up his old "friends" from his previous study. And Goku told him to let go just a little because those guys deserve it.

You missed one of the best ones; when he faced the boastful Pintar in the tournament just before the Buu arc got going; downing his opponent with a single blow to his fat belly despite being a small fraction of Pintar's size (after Pintar mocked Krillin's size way too many times).
I could have sworn Krillin got 3 of the Saibamen, one managed to dodge, and one extra blast was aimed at Vegeta and Nappa. The initial beam in fact was so powerful, Piccolo told everyone to clear away from the potential blast radius.

yo that dude has some super effective skills and can strategize. he has so much potential for character development it's insane.

Krillin stayed toe to to with goku throughout childhood
He beat a shaolin monk with a single kick
Killed several saibamen with a single attack
He was a second away from killing Vegeta
He killed several of Freeza's goons without breaking a sweat
He scored on Android 18. Made that fox his wife.
Technically killed Cell with a single attack
And in every battle he made a strategic difference

You're right! Krillin is one of my favorite what with his being all human with amazing powers (greatly unleashed by the elder on Namik) achieved by his dedication to martial arts and kind heart.

You know say what you want about Krillin, but he answers the call. He may underestimate himself a lot, but he still is there and is ready to put his life on the line. That alone makes him a great warrior. I always thought it would have been kinda cool if he learned the kaioken. Obviously not x20 or x100 or nothing like that. Probably more like just x3. His new super solar flare was a pretty cool edition to his moveset, though.

Not only krillin kept up with goku's base form but he also kept kamehameha for a while while goku ssj blue blasted his. and also you forgot to mention that krillin developed solar flare technique to the point that the fighter could not only see anything but also could not sense any power.
Krillin keeping up a blast battle with Goku SSJB form is either bad writing or Goku COMPLETELY HOLDING back 99.9% of his power. Not saying he's not strong but no way he's actually competing at SSJB level. I'm pretty sure he's not even past Cell Jr. Power level.
Imagine krillin using solar flare and destructo disc. He could have killed nappa, vegeta, and frieza.

That last one the #1 is perfect because Gohan showed he didn't learn anything from the Boo fight. Being overconfident like his father does and lets guard down. I did enjoy that episode in DB where Krillin beat up his old "friends" from his previous study. And Goku told him to let go just a little because those guys deserve it.

You missed one of the best ones; when he faced the boastful Pintar in the tournament just before the Buu arc got going; downing his opponent with a single blow to his fat belly despite being a small fraction of Pintar's size (after Pintar mocked Krillin's size way too many times).

I could have sworn Krillin got 3 of the Saibamen, one managed to dodge, and one extra blast was aimed at Vegeta and Nappa. The initial beam in fact was so powerful, Piccolo told everyone to clear away from the potential blast radius.
