Coho on the Vedder River || BC Salmon

Tried my luck on the Vedder river, One nice wild Coho and one white Chinook that I did harvest. New to river fishing and definetly not used to the combat fishing. I thought the reports were exaggerated but saw plenty of flossing, snagging, dragging wild coho on the rocks then nudging or kicking them back in the water. One person even mentioned he had kept a chum; overall not impressed with the amount of disrespect to the fishery.
I did meet plenty of good guys though as well, recieved lots of tips and learned lots so it is what you make it, Hopefully it gets better and not worse in the years to come
