Hello Jonesin 2 Go. I'm the product manager for the controller and touchpad. Yes, we have planned a future Over-the-Air update to make the PIN customizable. I cannot share the ETA yet. That was a great video! Thanks for putting it together.
Hi Jonesin, just an update from my last email I sent you about leveling: I had a Keystone tech come to my house for a minor issue with my 2024 Alpine 3303ck wiring for my backup camera. I asked him about the auto-level concern I had on my first campout with this new trailer. The concern was that when I pushed auto-level on the keypad, the front went all the way down, and I stopped it immediately because I got nervous. The tech said the trailer's auto level was from the factory its meant to go down first before it starts leveling. The tech pushed the auto level on my trailer, and the trailer front end went all the way down like it did at the campground for me. After about 5 sec of nothing happening, the trailer started to go into auto-level mode. The trailer did auto level very well with a 0 degree showing on the control pad.
We've already removed our plastic beauty covers on the feet so we could install our Snap Pads, ..don't want to be without them. After removing the covers the foot is just a standard 9" pad. Need to still get it setup with the phone, but it looks like it might be a nice system, waiting on camping season.
Hey thanks for that info. When I asked snap pad about it they just said there are no pads for that system yet. I will put this info in the discription. Thanks again
@@Jonesin2Go Nope not making this year 😢 We are headed to a smaller show in Huntsville Alabama. We hopefully will have two new dealerships that will be working with us. We have so many trips planned for this year, cant make them all. We still have something called a JOB that’s holding us back. LOL 😂
We just got our new 3901rk yesterday. During our demo they warned us that the auto lvling will always put the front jacks way down, more so than previous years, and thats ok if u r on a lvl lot. So our first site guess what, the front end of site is higher than the back end and the front jacks buried themselves in the ground wanting to go further and wouldnt allow the back jacks to start the lvling system. I manually brought front up and tried to manually lvl the rig but the front has no way of individually lvl. So work around i guess will be to use some wood and place them on the one side and let front two jacks down and then manually do back which u can individually
Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. If I understand what you described correctly, your saying that when you hit auto level the front Jack's retracted all the way, dropping the front as low as it could? Did the hydraulic motor keep running even though the Jack's were retracted all the way?
Great video/information which floorplan did you get? I saw the video that you did with the front office and you mentioned that you really liked it. Also, which body paint is that?
Hi Jonesin, enjoyed your I have a question we bought a new 5th with the new Lippert Titian leveling system and today 9/26/24 we took it out camping for the first time at a campground that had slightly uneven dirt site. I was able to get the trailer of my truck and when I push the auto level both of the front jack retracted all the way up dropping the front of the trailer down to the ground and the other rear jacks didn’t do anything . I was hoping they would start leveling but no. I had to manually level out my trailer. Did I do something in correct or is the leveling systems out of calibration? Thank you
@DUIA77 If the site was so unlevel that the front dropped all the way, the auto level would time out like that. So you did not do anything wrong. In a case like this, you will have to put the system into manual mode to extend the rear jacks. I have had this happen a couple of times.
Hi, just got my new 2024 Alpine with this new system. Your video has already helped me a lot. Thank you. Mine did not come with the optional landing lights. Do you know if I can purchase them and connect them myself? Or is that a dealer install option only? I have done an hour of Internet search, and I cannot find anything about my question.
Thank you for your reply!! Yes, I have the button on the screen . In all of my Internet research, the landing lights are an option. My problem is I want them, but are they factory installed only? Or can I purchase them and install them myself? I understand that you may not know the answer, but any help would be appreciated!! Thank you again
@guybrick4490 so I spoke with the product manager of the Titan System at lippert this morning. And you are correct. There are a few versions of this new system. The premium is what I have and did the video on,the second is the non premium, and they do NOT come with the lights. I did ask about an aftermarket kit. As of today, there is not one available. He did say they may put one out eventually, so keep an eye out for that. Now, just for my clarification, do you have an Alpine or an Alpine by Avalanch? I will be reaching out to the product manager at Keystone to see what they are using on each of the Alpine products.
Thank you for getting back to me with this information. I truly appreciate that. Mine is a 2024 Alpine 3910RK Not the avalanche. If you would happen to find out any more information, I would appreciate you passing it on to me Thank you again!!
@guybrick4490 can you tell me what your build date is on your unit? I actually just got off the phone with the product manager at Alpine. They are using the premium system on all of them now. Some of the first 2024s still had the older system or non premium system. Also, would you be willing to send me a picture of your key pad and one of your jacks? This is all curiosity at this point.
Thanks for the video. Picking up my new 5th Wheel Saturday and it has this new Titan 6 Point Leveling System. Have you used the manual feature for the jacks yet? With my old system I occasionally had to so I'm curious about your opinion on the new system.
I have not had to use manual as of yet. We just got our new rig in October. So far I have not had to recalibrate yet. I do use the bubble levels that stick to the exterior with this new rig also just as a quick guide to confirm calibration. If I have any updates or discover any glitches I will document them in this videos discription.
You can create your own pin using the app. The update to change it on the pad on the RV is not out yet. I am told by the product manager that it will be out soon. As soon as it is I will post it in the discription.
Lipperts 2021 auto leveling system is garbage, so if they built this on that platform, no thanks. Clearly they didn't test their product before releasing it. It's ok though, I am building one that will surpass all others!
So Lippert built a new system. It has a universal PIN that can’t be changed. It doesn’t interface with their RV control system. The Jacks still hang down low vulnerable to damage. It looks like you can’t control individual jacks still. The new touch screen already is having issues. Lippert isn’t providing manuals and obviously didn’t provide any dealer training. They just ship the parts to the builders who are installing them and shipping the units. What an utter disaster. I know I’m in the minority but I think auto level systems are more trouble than they are worth.

We’re just amazed at all the comments are saying the system is junk. Clearly they don’t know how to use it. Safe travels!
Thanks for watching. I guess you just never know. It does have some improvements over the last system and is much more user friendly.
@@Jonesin2Go We get to keep up with things at dealers lots. We have fun checking out all the new stuff.
