I thought cowboys cooked over a open fire. Not a oven? It was nice to see everything coming together yet without the smell of a cowboy bbq going it really lost it's flavor. I grew up going to the Flying W and have wonderful memories. Maybe one day they will add some smoke flavor to the food.
