The energy just got so stuck and compressed in my body that I feel like I'm going to explode but then I usually just do something to suppress it because I don't know what to do with it or how to get it out. While doing the practices I got so weak and all my energy left and I began to cry and said: I tried everything to express my boundaries but it did not make sense. Very interesting how deep rooted anger can be. I think I’m at a good point where I recognize where this feeling of weakness comes from. Are there also practices to regain empowerment?
