    Thank you, so helpful! Especially you saying "making space for the energy to move" - my default response with anger is to get small and tight shove it down. Making space for it to move rather than making the anger wrong - such a helpful reframe.

    Thank you Manuela!!! This was so profoundly helpful. The energy just got so stuck and compressed in my body that I feel like I'm going to explode but then I usually just do something to suppress it because I don't know what to do with it or how to get it out. I feel so relaxed in my body after doing this!!! Will def be doing again & again. Thank you!

    Thank you ❤ i don supress anger so much but I get furious after when am triggerd. So I cried very fast in this one after feeling the anger in the first exercises 🙏

    While doing the practices I got so weak and all my energy left and I began to cry and said: I tried everything to express my boundaries but it did not make sense. Very interesting how deep rooted anger can be. I think I’m at a good point where I recognize where this feeling of weakness comes from. Are there also practices to regain empowerment?
