you guys do a fantastic job - I've really reduced the number of whiskey tube channels I watch - I'm really starting to dislike many of the channels but you two are solid - thanks for the content and your "vibe"!
Shout out to Neat Bourbon Bar and Bottle Shop in Louisville. Had some nice vintage pours there last week. Really nice place. Had a 1981 Eagle Rare 101 10yr. It was wonderful. ❤
I LOVE the Michter's Toasted Barrel Rye, but I can't find it for less than $200, so I'm nursing the one bottle I have. If I could find the toasted barrel bourbon at MSRP (or a more reasonable mark-up) then I would be all over it. Le sigh. (Also - liking the curly hair on Sara. Time to step up your hair game, Chad!)
I think Michter's low barrel entry proof really helps them drink better at these low (91.4) proof levels. However, I would love it if they did these LE's at something higher like 100 proof or even 107.
What's up with Sara's spiffy locks? Chad you need to up your beard game to match 😂I have both the shirts y'all are wearing; two of my favorite Ts...soft and comfy.
At what point do you think either a) Michter's begins to disclose information on their whiskeys or b) consumers begin to stop purchasing their products due to increased pricing? They make a good product at the end of the day (and to some that is all that matters and I'm 100% buying a MTBSR or MBSR anytime I find one at MSRP) but $110-180+ for NAS, generally non-confirmed sourced whiskey has to be reaching a tipping point for most consumers. Cheers!
Liked the review, but at $110.99 for a bottle its a hard pass for me. I'd buy a bottle around 49-59. There is a price point where the juice isn't worth it to me. No matter who makes it.
18 month air dried wood? Short cutting as hard as possible. Staves used to age 36 months... then moved to 24... and now we are getting charged premium on 18 months. Sad

@@paulgrace1279 Thank you for the kind words! Means a lot.
A lot of them seem to be focusing more on being "trendy" than on making informative and interesting videos. 🙁

Finally some audio! Thanks guys🤣🤣
Thank you both for the review 🥃
Somehow found this at MSRP. I usually get a MWND this time of year, but I decided to pick the Michter’s up instead. Cheers!
Great Job as usual!! Really need to find this bottle
Have never found the Michters toasted, Just the EC. Hoping to find one this year! Cheers. Love yalls reviews
Best of luck!
Sounds like a great bourbon!
This one is delicious! Too expensive I guess but I bought a bottle! My jam is peated scotch but this is a delicious whisky!! 🙂
Great video haven't had the opportunity to pick one up yet at MSRP!
Finally found a bottle today, $189.
I hope I can find one this year close to MSRP. Also love your hair
I like toasted barrel finished bourbon, I'll look for this.
Michters Toasted is delicious-ish. Christmas all 25 days please.

Great meeting you at KBF last year. Think you'll make the journey again this year? Only a few weeks away.
@@kevinstansick9702 We’ll be there! We’re doing something at either 2 or 3:00 on Saturday, be on the look out for us!
I already added my own audio 😊. WHISKEY CHEERS 😎

It's because of their entry proof, which is 103.
Michters toasted has been solid. But hard to get in my area
What camera do you guys use to shoot with ? I’ve been binge watching your episodes lately
Sounds delish, but I’ll pass at $110. I don’t care if they were first toasted. Plenty of other toasted choices out now.
No way I’m dropping 100 bucks or anything close for this
I can buy a bottle now for$160 and not sure if it will be worth it. Is it better to buy this bottle or the 10yr barrel strenth rye?
@@seankelly9447 we think the 10 year is a can’t miss.
@ItsBourbonNight sorry its not a 10yr my bad. Its just the barrel strength rye.
@ Ah, harder decision then. Kind of a toss up.
I have 3 bottles of the toasted rye. Looking forward to this one!

Maybe people will stop buying when the taste doesn't match the price?
too much money at that price point. I'd pass on it with ease
Can you find it though? No

@@apeekintime Nowadays 18 months seems to be the maximum because of the high demand for barrels and 6 months seems to be the lower end.
Been drinking on my 2018 sparingly. Hope to find the 24 offering.
