TVS IQUBE PROBLEM/REVIEW/EXPERIANCE/WARNING LIGHT.⚠️

Finally reson found on 05-07-2024, Everything is happening due to battery failure!
Iqube has dual battries and one need to replace for this issue,
Not Charging Fully After Reaching 98%, Auto Cutoff not working.
Warning Light Glows Continoiusly.
Display Flickers at RE-GEN Mode.
Shutsdown for unknown reason.
Restarts at Quick Throttle.
Charge & DTE will varies automatically.
Reason for battery failure is unknown answer from Showroom, Regional Service Head or even in several calls tocustomer care!
Any Charging or riding conditions availble for IQUBE means i have to know for further riding to avoid battery failure!
Here when we changed one battery means what is the guarantee for another battery or 3 years warranty, how it may applies! Answer no one knows!
Will update once i got my vehicle in hand. Here i have to pay my EMI, even vehicle is at service center (Paid 2 Months already).
No others know about this seroius concern in market, because users of IQUBE is moderate people like us.
Paying lakhs to save our money on fuel is not at all!
Everyone will trust the brand or its reputation on market, but here TVS fails answer our problems, because,
No reply for Emails, Instagram, X (Twitter), Linked in, Grievance id which is created on each time, custmer care & showrooms.

Same problem my bike no charging and battery % fluctuations and automatic off on running . Vehicle purchased at abirami tvs tirupur. No service facility they asked for 1 week time for Normal service.

For me,one month is over and I visited three service centres.
Abhirami Autos - Tirupur,
Bharat Autos - Palladam,
Now the vehicle is at Bharat Autos - Sulur.
Customer care and service centres know the exact issue, but they won't tell or solve immediately.
When it turns into a major problem only they will consider us to check.
