What's up @djliftoff been a minute. Awesome video as always. So I don't use stems, I know I'm missing out. So on the transitions, do I take out the highs to trans from different bpms ?
Random Rane 12 question. Can the Rane 12 be used in USB midi with my T7? I'm getting my dvs setup soon and being able to test the 12 with my controller would be helpful til I get the mixer. Great tutorial as always!
Nice JP!! Not sure about stemming for the vocal for that song as they sounded very distorted. Perhaps it was the stem setting or its just not a good song for it.
I don’t use beatgrids i personally like my waveform clean nor do I have the time to beatgrid everything I want to play. None of this is possible without beatgrids and sync enabled.
@@DjTecniq yo! Only the first one requires sync, and none of them really require beat grids. You just need to know when the tracks speeds up for the second transition, and on the third, you just need to know when the track drops.
Rev7 is a better controller for pure turntablists. Performer is for heavystem-reliant DJs. I prefer the Rev7 cos of the simplicity and layout. Only thing I wish rev7 had is IEC cable.
And demonstrating with different songs 🌪️🌪️
Very very tough

Damn really lol. Does it work well?
@@DJLiftOFF yup check out their recent update, it’s designed by legendary DJ Angelo💪🏽😁
@@DJLiftOFFyeah, almost too good. Ultimate cheat code
Dj city transitions track are correctly beat gridded so the BPM's change without having too fix the beat grids
I personally like BPMs selection of tracks!! But that’s dope that they’re pre-gridded

Appreciate it! And yeah, the vocals were already altered a bit cuz of the remix so stemming it probably made it even worse lol.

Dj controller ?
And this is why parties these days are so wack...too much force mixing...why make such a Big bpm jump...u forgot to mention Abt the pitch n time
Always forget to mention pitch n time! But i wouldnt say you have to forth this. It’s just necessary to do sometimes.
“This is why parties are wack” 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. Okay. Fire (b)lesson Liftoff

Agreed 💯
I think I’m balanced between turntablism and mixing (stem-related) but I’d still take the Rev7.
