I don't question whether this guy is a good, competent, caring Doctor. But he does not realize just how arrogant and toxic his thinking is. Who does he think he is to decide who deserves treatment and what it will be? He has ZERO skin in the game. He has nothing at risk. He gets paid no matter what the outcome. In any rationale, moral, society he is an advisor and service provider -- and the decisions are 100% the patients.
