I play in a competitive league with other guys and we've all been playing Madden for decades, we're in our early 50s. This is a horrible representation of football. It's Lacks depth and features and was released in such a broken state that they are still releasing updates and patches 6 months later. When you engage in a monopoly on video football games you have to represent the sport, electronic arts has failed miserably in doing that in my opinion.
I agree. It's one of those games that has actually regressed over time. With 2K not in the mix, EA has squatted and released a lot of sub-par sports games over the past decade. Yet, people keep spending billions on muts.
Yeah, def not worth anything but free. If you have Game Pass Ultimate, you get it as part of EA Play. Otherwise, not worth any amount of money in my opinion.
I haven't played any MUT games in years at this point. I just don't see a reason to spend money (very similar to CoD) each year just to restart the following year again. Not to mention the game itself at this point.
@@BusyDadGaming I only buy madden every other year or so and this will definitely be my last, had an opponent just beat me by kicking a 68 years field goal because apparently since Justin tucker hit that 66 yarder they are now routine for any kicker in the game, took out the disc and crushed it into dust and felt so much relief lmao
I haven’t played a football game in years, since I stopped watching REAL football in 1999, for various reasons and switched to baseball. But the games graphics has got to be awesome as the years go by. Either way, I wasn’t very good at playing the game.
Yeah, the graphics haven't gotten much better since the last big generational leap (last-gen). MLB The Show is a pretty fun baseball game and is on GamePass as well (the new one is coming soon too).

I'm from the UK so don't get this sport haha so never played it. But I have played fifa and its pretty much the same every year just the transfers of players have gone through.

I don't bother playing sports games, I find them boring and nothing of interest for my liking. Keep up the content!

Funny, I just popped in all profootball 2k8 by 2k. What a great game!! Have ro look into updating the rosters. Gameplay really is great.
I really hope EA gets some competition in football. They don't innovate as a result.
I have over 500 games in mut and this game is so unbelievably bad that it is genuinely bad for your mental health if you try to play it competitively

Yeah, if you have Game Pass, you can play MLB the Show now that it's on Xbox. It was a pretty fun game to just relax with.

Not the greatest Madden but I actually enjoyed playing it this year.
It was ok, but not something I'd spend time on. I'm waiting for that next big leap before I sink decent amounts of time into it again.
It's the gameplay buddy. It's trash. Fix the dam gameplay. 😒.. and the automatic zoom is terrible!! Keep the all 22 view with no ZOOM!! So bad.

Lol, yeah. It's very similar issue with FIFA. That game hasn't changed, but at least the new motion aspects for current-gen was an improvement.
