Excellent, try to interview the candidates who got the visa through consultancies or share some suggestions for the candidates who are planning to come through consultancies.

Actually before filling H1B visa I have given my passport details, Unfortunately I lost my passport now and Raised FIR in police station. Now I am getting new passport. Will it create any problem Sir for LCA process and Because of this issue is there any chance to go in RFC? Please reply sir
@@AravindSquad, have you submitted a new passport to USCIS?
If there is a passport lost and a new passport has been replaced please specify the same with your Attorney they take take action in sending documents to USCIS.

I only have a 3 year bachelor's degree. But I have 13 years school education. Therefore total is 16 years of education. Will this be fine? Or do I need to have a 4 year degree?
how you got 13 year of school education can you explain, not only that do you have any work experience.?

You have to wait for some time, should trust the employer

hello sir i am having 3 years of Bcom & MBA(i completed in 3.5 years), is it considered as 16 years of education?
i am a qualified CMA ( Cost & management accountant) it is considered as PG in india, i am confused which documents need to give consultant, whether Bcom & MBA or CMA or both can able to to provide to usisic?

@@telugucartoonchannel2916 you are good to apply for H1, only experience matters when some people have non-technical background degree, or people have 15 years of education. You said you have certification which will be an advantage for you.

I have couple of questions after getting H1B Stamping
1. Is it mandatory to travel within any time period or can I chose to stay back and decide to go later if job allows.?
2. Can I switch to another employer by filing another petition, if have have not entered US after 1st H1B stamping? If so, do I need to go for stamping again or just i797 is enough?
3. Does H1B stamp get cancelled if the company takes back petition after sometime or can the company cancel H1B Stamp validity?
4. If H1B stamping is for 2 years and the employee did not to US in this period at all, after visa stamp expiry does the employee need to go again for the H1B lottery?
Please could you throw some light on above queries anna, will be really helpful or if do any visa related consultations calls I will be more than grateful to attend anna

@@kalyank9206 I am sorry I didn't answer all your questions.
1. H1 Transfer: yes, but you must be in the US and should have paystubs generated for at least 3 months. I am not sure about H1 Transfer if you are in India.
2. H1 Revoke: yes Employer can revoke the H1B petition.
3. H1B Cap Exempt: An employer may file a cap-exempt H-1B petition for an employee if they previously held H-1B status in the U.S. and haven’t used their six years of status. The petition would be for the remainder of the employee’s allowed time in the U.S.

The consulate issues the blue slip to a visa applicant when the consulate needs more supporting documentation, can you look what documents they are asking..? Once you provide then they will take max 60 days to process and respond.
