Excavator Stick Repair

I bought a repo Volvo excavator and this is how I fixed it!

Hope for your sake the bushing hole tightens up once you put the heat to it welding. Those bushings are suppose to be a serious press fit. Especially on a machine that size. Nice work all in all though.

Well.... They were drivin in with a hammer after I welded it up... we will see won't we! thanks for the info and thanks for

When you got some shattering on the lath
try to use HSS cutting tools and run
the lath back warts and the HSS over heat
