Shout out to the sis in law for keeping the boys so you and hubby can have some much needed alone time. Any tips for how you set her up for success for keeping the kids while you’re gone? I’m preparing to leave my 1 year old for 4 nights to go on our honeymoon and I’m a little nervous since it’ll be our first time leaving her overnight.
For me when I would leave my kids I actually write out a guide lol I know that sounds crazy but I figured better over prepared than under 😂. I also left a bag with any items like toys, tablets, coloring etc just things for them to do in spare time. In my guide I left notes about what they could and couldn’t watch , food they could eat snacks etc and I supplied all the food too😊

Have you had your iron levels checked? That level of tiredness is not normal. My sister had gastric sleeve surgery and has suffered chronic exhaustion and severe iron deficiency ever since. She now has to have monthly iron infusions which make her so sick but is the only thing to keep her upright.

Ale, I had wls years ago and the fatigue that you're feeling could be from low iron. Please talk to your doctor about it.
