A calm and heavenly frame,
A light to shine upon the road
That leads me to the Lamb!
Where is the blessedness I knew,

But they have left an aching void

Help me to tear it from Thy throne,
And worship only Thee.
So shall my walk be close with God,

I use to sing this hymn as a child and loved it but this tune may be even better

Thinking of DrMLJones 1/3/1980 when he went to be with his Lord a great preacher he married my husband and I on the 27/3/65 at the Chapel
