Hey Sam, great video as usual! Have you ever heard of “Crazy Crust Pizza? “ Super easy and delicious! 1 cup all purpose flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp Italian seasoning ⅛ teaspoon pepper 2 eggs ⅔ cup milk ½ pound pork sausage cooked and crumbled 1 cup pepperoni slices ⅓ cup diced cooked ham 1½ cups pizza sauce 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Instructions: Preheat oven to 425ºF. Top with sausage, pepperoni and ham. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread pizza sauce evenly over pizza and top with mozzarella cheese. Heyyy Glade to known that I'm not only one watching your channel while losing weight. All of my cheat day's are you recipes. Can't wait to try this recipe.
I've been making Sicilian (sheet pan) pizza for almost 20 years. I make a dough that's roughly 50% more flour/water and using just 2 tsp. of instant yeast so not quite as "gassy". I also use about 3 TBS of olive oil in the sheet pan to brown the crust more and spread the dough directly in the pan, stretching it 3 different times in the span of a half hour as the dough continues to relax. I use a 28oz can of crushed tomatoes that I strain for 5 minutes to remove excess moisture then add 3 cloves of finely minced garlic, olive oil, and basil. It looks like you're using Hormel pepperoni...we switched to a pepperoni from our local butcher and it's a huge upgrade, the bonus is that it's 25% less expensive than the Hormel. Home cooked food is incredible...about 10 years ago my mother in law's elderly neighbor wasn't eating so I made the Sicilian pizza and brought it over and my MIL invited her over for lunch. She absolutely devoured 2 large slices with a huge smile on her face. Sometimes you just need something good to restart your appetite. Great video of another wonderful dish.

Only Sam can take maybe THE most mundane recipe ever and make it look fabulous. As a fellow Canadian in the same age bracket as you Sam, watching you put together this pizza instantly transported me back DECADES ago when, as young friends gathered together, and before "baking" we GOT a bit "baked" which made us ravenously hungry.... and here's a blast from the past for you, Sam... "Chef Boyardee pizzas"... we baked and ate one after another until we couldn't possibly stuff another slice in our mouths. For a few among us, this was the beginning of our individual journeys of culinary appreciation.
Pro Tips: Dough, Pac-Man Pepperoni, and Layers 1. Dough. add a teaspoon of dried rosemary to the mix. Further, use half the specified olive oil, but then add an equal amount of warm (not piping hot; just warm) bacon fat. Nuff said. 2. Pac-Man Pepperoni: Before dealing out the pepperoni, stack int columns of a dozen or so slices and put a center-to-edge slice through the column. Do that for all of them. As they cook they'll turn into little pac-man looking slices, but will *not* cup and turn into grease cups. Same concept as slicing the pork fat rind to keep your chops from curling. 3. Layers: Half as much cheese on the first cover, then half the pepperoni, the cover with the remaining cheese, then *again* with pepperoni. Your Superbowl party guests will literally fall to the ground and worship the ground you walk on. You're welcome.

1. Dough. add a teaspoon of dried rosemary to the mix.
Looks slightly dry, needs more sauce
Dude I’m so glad you said ultimate instead of best ever! Thank you. I can now watch your videos again. Maybe
I'd grind in some black pepper into the dough
Good job Mike!!! I lost 55 pounds during this "pandemic". Congrats sir.... amazing.
"really easy for everyone" -> continues to use a food processor for 1500 dollars
It's actually $400, what are you talking about?
Max you’re hilarious...the bit when Sam shakes his head left and right.
Good pizza sauce needs tomato paste otherwise it’s watery and runny IMHO.
That's why he didn't add the tomatoe water, he just picked out the actual tomatoes and squished them
Just use passata and simmer it for a bit
The more i watch this channel the more i love it. Obviously they care about production just as tv shows. But it feels like im sitting in a friends backyard with all the back and forth sam and max have.
Looks great! I love pizza. I’ll definitely try this
