Birkin Purse Cake

Cake: chocolate cake
Filling: DLA Naturals Belgian Milk chocolate couverture - Dolores 42%
Ganache: DLA Naturals Coklat dark chocolate compound
Fondant: DLA Naturals Ready-to-use white fondant
The Dolores Belgian milk chocolate couverture made a beautiful, delicious ganache, which I used for the filling. I love how this fondant is very forgiving, easy to knead and blending the seams together with a little shortening made my life so much easier.
