    Ingredients:
    Urad dal-1/2 Cup Or 80 Grams
    Fenugreek Seeds-1/4 Tsp
    Washed & soaked in water for 4 hours
    Cumin Seeds-1 Tsp
    Black Pepper Corns-1 Tsp
    Small Onion-1 Or 22 Grams
    Water-1/2 Cup Or 125 ML
    Water-1/2 Cup Or 125 ML, Total water used is 250 ML (to Grind the Urad dal)
    All Purpose Flour-1 Cup Or 160 Grams
    Water-1/2 Cup Or 125 ML
    Water-2 Tbsp Or 30 ML
    Turmeric Powder-1/4 Tsp
    Steamed All Purpose Flour-1 1/2 Cup Or 180 Grams
    Baking Powder-1/2 Tbsp
    Water-1 Cup Or 250 ML
    Cover & let it ferment for 7 or 8 hours
    Salt-1 1/2 Tsp
    Water-1/4 Cup Or 60 ML
