I feel like Yamazaki would be the perfect rival for Cody. Both give themselves a handicap. Cody fights with cuffs, and Yamazaki only uses one hand unless he drill punches. Both are street brawlers, and dirty ones at that. Both are skilled with knives. Cody punches hard enough to create tornados, and Yamazaki headbutts hard enought to create explosions. The only difference is that Cody still has good morals depite being a criminal. Yamazaki however is a full blown psychopath thats always lookin to kill. So crazy in fact, that the orochi blood inside him doesnt effect him at all lmao. This is a match up I'd be down to see.
So, I edited Max Final Destruction to resemble strike fist, flame element etc. Aside from the visual, it’s still his max from Alpha 3. Punch out, if he finished you with this move, he’d do the dramatic finish. Finishing enemy with lvl1 final destruction activates it. You only get the, “well it wasn’t a complete bore” if it’s the final round. I searched the entire web for the voice lines, but had to work with what he had. First ever dramatic finish, hope you enjoy it. I don’t mind trying to create your suggestions by the way if possible, just know that dramatic finish took me like 4 days to make lol Go easy.

Yo! Imma need your AI to be just as technical as you are. That way the player will be challenged by your version of each character and not an AI that performs at 2% reflection of their modified potential.
This is a video to show a specific character in use. The only way there would be fully developed AI was if there was someone willing to dedicate time to fully develop it. AI usually comes at the end or “completion” of a character, none are complete. Alternatively? Support the channel, I will fully develop it given the time.

Cody just like ken is stronger than terry.Cody can beat Chun li. The same Chun li who can make explosions that dwarf terrys busta wolf explosions like the fatal fury movie temple busta wolf explosion. This explosion was a mix of terry and a demigods reflected power and the temple was still left partially standing. Chun li put a crater in the ground with her kikosho that was the size of a small town and exposed the underground area where rocks have to get broken through to dig that deep. M bison made an even bigger crater than chun lis by the way. The streetfighters are wayyyyyyyyyyy stronger and tougher than the king of fighters.
I think it’s more fun to explore the crossover and have fun with it than trying to say one is better than the other. Come through on the discord sometime if you want to have those kinds of debates by the way, I’m always down.

Not really both events are not canon, they happened in animation and animation is NEVER canon, Street Fighter V showed the level of Chun-li and she is unable to achieve that, she couldn't do any destruction of that type in the story of the game and she didn't win many fights, to date it's not known what were the real events of Street Fighter 2 especially because something new is always added like Violent Ken in the latest version, things outside of video games are not canon in fighting games even tekken blood vengeance movie is not canon.
