    Top information... I didn't realise until recently that the tight hams I've had for the past 20 years are consequent to lack of flexibility in my glutes.
    Save yourself the pain, people: stretch properly!

      tight glutes can also be the source of lower back pain.

    Cari you're information is incredible! I wish I knew all this info when I was in the Army...shin splints, IT band, pulled hammies would have been a non-issue

    Primary muscles for running are every muscles behind. Stabilizer or secondary muscles and the in front of the body. 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲 Sprint
