This Rosetta was too good to throw into a compilation. So I decided to slow it right down so you can see exactly how a rosetta forms. Let me know if you like slow motion latte art and I'll put some more up!

Do you have any tips for stopping the rosetta from going crooked?
Hey John, Check out my rosetta video in the latte art 101 series, should give you a few tips to help you out :)
My rosetta 'lines' are coming out too thick causing the design to bunch up and turn ugly... and tips.. am I pouring too quickly?? and sometimes I cant push my design is it because I frothed too much? HELP PLEASE
hey there, having the same problem now - have you found any solution to that? thank you :)
Answer is in the statement there! if the milk is too frothy it will be too hard to pour. Also, if you wiggle too quickly all the lines will disappear in to each other unless you have the perfect angle for fine lines. keep your cup on an angle, and pour a little bit slower, you will see more defined lines in your rosetta ;)
coffeefusion legend, thank you very much :)
good decoration but lousy capuccino to much milk
Thanks for your thoughts.. It's not a cappuccino, it's a flat white/latte. And the ratio of milk to espresso is right :)
If you're ordering a cappuccino and it comes with art on top, they didn't make you a cappuccino
Ben Vowles come to Italy and try a cappuccino and you will find many places that do
artistic and greats cappuccini. look in you tube under cappuccini
artistici
+sky chulla maybe it's a Flat white
+Jon Snow Flat white is a Starbucks-latte, btw. ;) Nothing special!
