Have you noticed that Zee has never spoken ever since we met the twins? And, it didn't say "Zizzy will never speak" it said "Zee will never speak" that also proves my point. I have a theory that Zee is already infected but the infection is taking a really long time to take her over fully. I think only the 'the infected don't talk' part has taken over her body and she's fighting the infection inside her body.

I know this was decades ago but now that we know more about the piggy storyline now i can confidently say it does talk about zee because of how it says “will never speak” and throughout the piggy chapters we never heard zee talk before other then zuzy. Also in the distraction map after we escape we can see that Tio said “i wonder if she would end up the same” referencing Zee (zizzy’s younger sister).
I think also the sentence: “smile for him” resembles tio, as he always smiles.

Later on, this actually could be related to Distractions ending. Maybe, when Zizzy joined TIO(which could be seen at the ending)he cut off HER arm to avoid her being infected. And she is probably warning us to run from TIO. The insolence could call to the player, and is probably calling to Pony too, thats maybe why he keeps talking about the voices. Zee never speaks, maybe Zee is part infected? What if Zee did join TIO, but ut was all a secret, and she probably made a deal to not be infected, but never speak. Or, maybe instead of Zizzy calling for help, Its Zee? Maybe in the future Zee cut her own arm? But she has a arm throughout the game, and never had scratches. Personally, I think this message was based off of Zee eventually getting infected, cutting off her arm, wanting help, and joining TIO. or, turning back to Zizzy, what if when Zizzy escaped the exploding refinery, she looked for something to cut her arm?
