Thanks for this Adrian, I was looking for advice on the Revell kit, wanting to see it's size etc, and your video has done the trick! Cheers indeed! Happy Christmas!
I bought this exact same kit recently and compared it to my unbuilt Finemolds 1/72 Millennium Falcon the length was 37.5 cm versus 46cm. Which makes the Revell kit about 1/88 scale. Beyond that the side are to high and lacks an additional set of landing struts and pods upfront of the belly turret it is very reminiscent of the AMT which is seem it may have been modelled on. Luckily I paid $80AUD versus the $140AUD asking price at the moment. I was very dissappointed.
Thanks for watching Andrew. It's cheap too, I think it's their 'toy' version where someone said at Revell 'let's sell it unmade as a model kit'. It is very chunky, but if you're looking for a kit that's not taxing this is the one.
@thearikes You're mistaken, I have both of these kits and they're not the same at all. The old MPC kit *has* been updated and reissued by Round2 models but this Revell kit is a completely different tooling entirely. They're not even close in size, the Revell kit is substantially smaller.

Thank you Neil, glad to help. If you look through my videos I do updates on how my build of this kit goes.
This video helped me decide to purchase this kit as a Christmas present. Thank you very much, I'm sure the recipient will be very happy :)
Many thanks for watching and commenting too, very much appreciated. I'm glad to be of service!!

I agree with the detailing, it's very toy-like, which I guess it originally was.
Any guy who wears a “This is Spinal Tap” tee shirt can’t be all bad!😁👍
Could that t-shirt be anymore blacker?? 🙂
Its a bit chunky at the sides but a massive improvement too the first cheese wedge they did ,,and with a good paint job saves a lot of money on Bandai

Cool review.
Thank you!! I hope it helped!
Great review. Thanks. Does it come with glue and paint inside the box?
Many thanks for watching an commenting Reev, very much appreciated. No, not in this version of the kit.
@@AdrianBowerProject Thanks!
It's just one of the many reissues of the original MPC kit!
Thanks William, wasn't sure if it was Bandai kit or not!
Not the MPC kit at all, which is larger and has many more parts.
@@TheIndyspace it’s a reissue!
