    Mr. Manning, I have no doubt in my mind that the guidance you provide for free has more value and worth than what most paid attorneys will do for their clients.

      This is great news! Congratulations!
      Quick favor to ask of you...
      If you're feel that I've provided value, would you be willing to leave a 5-star review on Google?
      It only takes a second, and would help me tremendously. It'll help folks who need immigration help to find me.
      5 stars and one or two sentences on how I helped you would be GREATLY appreciated! g.page/manning-asylum-law/review?rc

      hi @politicalasylymlawers
      thank you for your great video.
      what problems an asylee applicant may encounter if he traveled without a RTD / travel document (green card via Asylum and passport of home country) when obtaining citizenship. What problems might arise if the applicant renewed his home country passport in America embassy? the persecution was not from the government. We never plan to visit our home country (even after obtaining citizenship). A travel document is difficult and time-consuming to obtain and is valid for only one year, the wait is 1.5 years.
      thank you so much!

    Thank you for the excellent and informative content! I have a question: Is it feasible to apply for citizenship directly after being granted asylum, bypassing the green card phase, given that I have been residing in the US for 10 years, and the process of obtaining the desired asylum status took nearly nine years? I'm curious if there are any new possibilities or options available for individuals in my situation. Thanks!

      You can though it’s gonna be hard to to explain to the officer why you couldn’t file asylum in canada and if you did don’t try because they gonna know that and the fact that you abandoned it it gonna affect the one you file here.

    Mr.Manning could you please kindly answer this question, I consulted two lawyers who gave me different opinions.I and my wife are both in USA for 10+ years ,she got her green card and I applied for form I 730,its been two tears and did not hear back from immigration, meanwhile we are getting divorced ,what happens to my 730,is it canceled or it still can be approved?Thank you

    • @politicalasylumlawyers
      @politicalasylumlawyers  Год назад

      If you get divorced, it won't be approved. If you fear being harmed in your country, you should apply for asylum immediately after your divorce becomes final
