To be %100 fair here. With all the kids being shot going on in this country, what would happen if a parent went to pick up their kid, saw a man with a large rifle at the pick up spot, assumed it was a shooter, and took them out before they could harm any kids? Like, this man is playing a very damgerous game.

As I have said before and as a non US resident 99.9999% of any population don't need a gun they just want one and use the argument that they are responsible. We, in Australia, outlawed guns and we now don't have a gun problem. We also don't have the mentality to want to own one either. Not trying to piss you off.

      Duh!!!
Because all it takes is one gun to execute many children. Fact!
Could you imagine if everybody had a gunat all times?
Like Im sure that police officers go into black neighborhoods all the time to shoot up schools. Probably just hide those stories from public news.
Since white ppl have privilege like getting hired on by police department. And white ppl are inherently racist and all cops have guns that has to equal to so many school shootings in black neighborhoods every day!

So for example, if from my window I see two teenagers entering a school while carrying AR-15s...my reaction should be to alert the authorities because there might be a mass shooting, or to assume that they are the right people so everything is going to be ok? By the logic of this brain-dead moron, there is no way to decide. So, yeah, it sounds like a wonderful way to prove your point...if you want to show how safe and non problematic guns are, go stalk children with your heavy weaponry because it's legal...it perfectly shows how relaxed we should all be about guns.

@@MichaelTorres-b2v Yeah, I don't plan on having kids and even if I did somehow stupidly decide to have kids in this cruel, cruel world, it is what it is. I wouldn't feel the same way either. Unlike most overly reactive people in the US, I don't look at a man and his gun or a woman and her gun and automatically assume he or she is a murderer about to go on a rampage.
I mind my business and I keep moving. I don't profile people and put my nose where it doesn't belong like a karen. I keep it moving, greet the person with a gun, and tell him or her that I love his/her taste in firearms. Looking to get an AR-15 myself. After I get one, I might open carry outside my gramma's house just to piss off anti-gun people. I have a little brother and I'd happily purchase a firearm and teach him how to use it as well as teach him about firearms and firearm safety because at least I know he won't become a mass murderer.
Also, I'm not missing anything. Like I said, just because something is legal doesn't mean it should be illegal. I believe that he isn't doing anything wrong because if he was, those kids would be dead, yet they're not. The only thing I see is the entire comments section of this video and pretty much every anti-gun person in existence overthinking the situation, whining and overreacting just like I thought they would. Try less overthinking and maybe you might think differently. The only people I'm concerned about are my friends and my family. Their kids will be my concern too, but I'm not going to turn into a karen if I see a man or woman standing near a bunch of kids with a rifle in his/her hand. Hell, I might even salute the man or woman.

I would think that someone who brandishes guns in a time of peace and around kids is, by definition, not the right person. I would be quite apprehensive of you and I would wish I had a gun to defend my kid against you, and the safest thing for my kid is for me to just shoot you preemptively (President Bush already said this is OK with his Bush Doctrine). But getting us all armed for shoot outs in the street is what the NRA and the gun industry wants. To protect my kid against a right-winger with a gun, I would have to buy a gun and ammunition (and get trained), which is $$$$ for them. I would also have to be not a black male.
