1) hated that boss fight - controls/mechanics felt weird and my characters and me were still to weak I guess^^ 2) good point with the void archive -I think I mentioned it once during a stream that for the actual story end you need to unlock the two cutscenes from welt and joyces rating these are after credit scenes that were blocked till the boss fight anyway I guess but are really important for the understanding of it [you can repeat base interactions/cutscenes in the archives to explore all choices for more rating-points (most coices lead only to a bit different answer directly afterwards but in a very few cases some choices leads to smalled side branches of the dialogue with extra choices)] 3) hard to believe for me that thy would get such a lame ending like it happened in APHO with all the stuff they ry to go on now aboutthe flame chasers etc - that would feel like such a generic/bland (bad) end for the story after years... mfg Olli
The relationship dynamic between Adam and Mei reminds a lot of Kiana and Himeko. The MC basically pulled a "Final Lesson" card move on us. + Broke his limiter. + Got corrupted by Honkai radiaton. + User of a gigantic flame sword.

Some people really hate APHO, but they just need to imagine how cool the battlesuits would be in this new combat style. Adult Mei w/ Adult Bronya and Seele, timeskip Durandal and Rita, and the MC and Carol have a lot of potential for just badass and hot gameplay/suits
I still believe the kid that Mei saved in Ch 24 and sent to Raven's hidden orphanage is Adam. There has to be a reason that char showed up in the main storyline right?

When I played through and it asked me if I wanted to continue to break Adam's limits...I literally was pressing any other button to try and find another way to save Mei. I really hope we don't lose Adam.
I wish I could experience this chapter for the first time all over again. I was so blown away at that boss fight, esp the ending. It was so cool getting to go HAM on that boss after the cutscene when the MC powered up, and the music kicking in made it even more epic. I couldn’t believe I was playing a mobile game thru the whole thing. And ever since I’ve been waiting for pt 2 of APHO to release... And yeah, I also wondered if the boy Mei rescued was the MC of APHO! I hope we get to see more of him and how he grows up to be Mei’s teammate.

Oh yeah also he reaches 400% in the fight not 300%, basically it looks really bad for him Edit: I noticed his ultimate did more damage as the fight went on after the cutscene Another edit: I just noticed it said exceeded BY 400%, basically he held 5 times the maximum amount of honkai possible in his body

Dont know if you realize when you break the honkai energy seal at the end, you are burning your Maximum HP. You get less Maximum HP as you fight. Literally "burning up yourself".(pay close attention on the Health Bar start from 9:30)

I really liked APHO story. I replayed that final boss fight many times, cuz that moment and music when main character is breaking his limits is just epic
None of my characters ever reached Lv 50 (around 25-27), and I beat the final boss on my first try. Was it hard? Hell yes. Was it worth it? Of course it was.
To this day I listen to apho soundtrack on spotify and wonder when it will be continued. I'm so curious to know how everyone is and how things got to that point. The soundtrack is just so cool and I never get sick of it. qwq

Interesting fact: Adam the male character in APHO was saved by Mei in Chapter 24. The little boy that was captured by some bad guy saved by Mei and sent to Raven’s place looks just like Adam. And now with this new information I feel even more emotional when he risks his life to save Mei in APHO.

yeah!!! i discussed about this towards the end of the video too! :DD i really believe that's our main character in APHO that we saved in Ch 24, cause they really look super similar. The way he just jumped in to sacrifice himself for Mei, truly was commendable. I hope he makes it alive, he has good potential for character development!

RIGHT??? i think this is the main confusion and mystery in everyone's mind when they played APHO, like seriously though where are they ; - ; and why doesn't APHO Mei talk about them at all (except Theresa) T_T
Just my own theory though and I don't have any proof yet. I just based it from the current version. The answers that Mei wanted is only found in the Elysian Realm and thus the reason why Kevin told her to go there. So the answers why the Flame Chasers failed is due to a miscalculation and underestimated the enemy because everyone of them has a power equal or even stronger to that of a Herrscher. So if the enemy isn't a Herrscher(the enemies in APHO) then it's no good. I also noticed that the flying island is some what similar to the Theater of Dominance, and I think this Lucheni that Otto mentioned is a clone(more like a vessel of the Herrscher Core of the Herrscher of Domination). Also when boss sucked the Herrscher Energy from Mei, I think that who ever this Lucheni that Otto mentioning is not fully awakened or incomplete(can't really say if it's HoD or other entity). And in Chapter 25 EX, it's a backstory right? this means that it is nearing to APHO already ones Mei gained the answers of the Flame Chasers. Lastly is the things I can't see through yet are: Does this mean Honkaiss were eradicated? (because crystallums are the substitute for their weapons) What happened to the others when Mei finally got/knew the answers? Why only one squad is dispatched? If Welt Yang has disappeared again, then what happened to Bronya? Did Otto fake his death(because Theresa is the Overseer) just to research those enemies in APHO? If Mei and Theresa is the one left in APHO, what are the status(dead/alive/in comma) of the others?

If you pay attention to certain dialogues, there is a mention where 99% of the Honkai sealed on the moon, strongly implying that Kiana did the deed. So get this, the thing that makes APHO so unique compared to other universes is that the humanity managed to defeat the Honkai. It doesn't necessarily destroy it, but it’s sealed away for the time being and its purge of the world stopped. When you factoring in some call forwards in the main story, along with the confirmation by miHoYo that "APHO's story is in the same world-line with the story chapters", it's certain that our heroines able to defeat the Honkai, even if it costs that the one who sealed it is possibly cannot coming back to see her friends. "If Welt Yang has disappeared again, then what happened to Bronya?" - I don't know if Welt has disappeared again at some point between the main story and APHO. But as for Bronya, one of in-game files shows her gamer tag, suggesting that she is probably retired from combat duties and becoming a video game celebrity or a gaming journalist. "Did Otto fake his death just to research those enemies in APHO?" - Otto is presumably defeated for good at some point between the main story and APHO. That said, his legacy lives on via the Void Archives. "If Mei and Theresa is the one left in APHO, what are the status of the others?" - Only one way to find out. Although if you pay attention in certain easter eggs in APHO, there is a strong indication that most of major characters, especially the playable ones (except Kallen, Sakura, and possibly Elysia), are managed to make it through to the APHO story. My best guess for this are: Bronya becoming a successful video game celebrity, Fu Hua finally able to live in a normal life, Roza and Lili finally achieved their dreams of becoming idols (based on a digital billboard at the downtown that shows a silhouette that resembles the former), Seele is possibly working as the Squad 3 leader or opening a new orphanage, Rita is presumably working as Theresa's maid, and finally our beloved bimbo Durandal is working as the Squad 4 on the reformed Schicksal.
I got 2 things about APHO. First, APHO is indeed the next sequel of the main story, maybe the introduce of Honkai Impact 4: Galaxy. In that sequel, maybe the essence of the storyline will be inherited form Honkai Impact 3. Mei will become like Himeko - sensei, Adam ( if he can survived ) will become like 16 years old Mei, but more mature, and Carol will become like 16 years old Kiana. We will witness "Final Lesson" version 2.0 taught by Mei to Carol. Adam, cause he affected too much by Honkai, he may be turned into Herrscher and must leaves Carol. Carol will go through all the pain and tragedy and at the end, she will become a living legend. Remember, Carol is a carefree and cheerful girl from the start of APHO to the final boss of APHO part 1, this is the first pain Carol must overcome, everything is just as same as Kiana, and I don't think that is a coincidence. Second, because of the first part I have said, now I know the deep meaning of words: Everlasting Flame. First, Captain Ragna is the ones who set the fire of hope to rise. Then, that flame is inherited be Himeko - sensei. After Hinkeko sensei sacrifice herself, Kiana is the girl who carried that flame and make it rise brightly , as we know. After that, after Kiana sacrifice herself to sealed the Honkai on the moon, Mei inherited that flame, continue that path and protect her team and fight for human kind. After Mei sacrifice herself in Honkai 4, Carol will be the girl who inherited the Everlasting Flame and move on, to save Adam and all the thing she loves. That is maybe the true meaning of Everlasting Flame. MHY planned all of that. I really believe of that. P/S: Sorry if my comment is too long, but it is my true feeling and thought about APHO after chapter 25, it makes so much sense. Anyway, am excellent video as usual. Love it, gurl !!! 😍😍 And, I am totally love Mei in APHO, when she is truly matured and beautiful.

I think maybe the HI4 main story will be from this APHO concept while HI3 will continue the "original" story line. Anyway, with motion sickness it must be hard to log in to Genshin, and play both game sometimes. MiHoYo solution: You can't get motion sickness if you can't see the screen from tears. XD
actually, for genshin , i don't normally get motion sickness though not sure why XD i experience it a lot for PGR (mainly due to the shaking screens during attacks) but not for genshin/honkai :O
I think Honkai Odyssey is interesting. But i haven't time to play it much. I want to climb Elysian Realm. I need more and more crys because i don't get HOF in banner. I think in v5.1 I should roll Azure Emprya. Yeah. I use 51 time to roll HOF and then i can't get her. It's make me feel bad :((((.

APHO is mixed feelings central here. On one hand, combat is great and in a vacuum story is pretty good (gib Adam more personality). On the other, *whacks miHoYo with newspaper* Don't write an epilogue before the main story ends you bakas. Most I've seen of guesses for right after this (and I haven't actually seen many) was that they're both pretty much about to meet the Will of Honkai which would probably cause even bigger spoilers than all the pointing at the moon APHO already does. Tho' my mind is trying to imagine a Seele gameplay in this thanks to another comment and it has currently landed in "the two just constantly switching every other attack" or ult creating a second Seele (sort of similar to how Mei's ult creates a clone or two). And ideas run out roughly at that point.
honestly i have mixed feelings on APHO too cause it leaves me with that pessimistic feeling that although anything good happens in our current main story, the end of it all will still be Mei being alone (without her St. Freya Gang). and that really leaves me with a bitter note ; - ; I also hope they give adam more personality XD he was kinda just there during Part 1 LMAOO
I finished this boss while underlevel so I really feel the struggle beating that boss 1st time, I use so many for revive item and even after adam limiter released I still died many time (thank God it's scripted so we can't die there)
I had a bit trouble the firts time, but I had a good skill set on Mei and Adam, so I didnt strugle so much after the first or two phases of it, Adam Ult was my main damage and Mei Ult easily destroys the shield it uses when shots beams, Carol just to break the legs
Ah yes... The most bullsh*t boss in Honkai. The difficulty level ramped up straight to heaven.... Still I like it though, cause so far none has ever managed to win this boss with no damages
APHO timeline takes place 8 years from the current main story :) you can unlock it when you are at a higher level i think! for now just enjoy the game at your own pace 👍🏻

The last fight is really emotional when i was first time beating it at level 23, it took me 40 minutes and countless death lol, worth it

Mei is 32 in APHO, for more accurate. Mei was born in 1997, and APHO happened in 2029.

when I saw Adam's honkai infection it reminds me to Kiana when she almost died in Nagazora because the honkai infection.
Reminds me more of himeko, fire powers, weak to honkai, has artificial stigma and gets corrupted while trying to save someone close to them

Interesting fact: Adam the male character in APHO was saved by Mei in Chapter 24. The little boy that was captured by some bad guy saved by Mei and sent to Raven’s place looks just like Adam. And now with this new information I feel even more emotional when he risks his life to save Mei in APHO.

yeah!!! i discussed about this towards the end of the video too! :DD i really believe that's our main character in APHO that we saved in Ch 24, cause they really look super similar. The way he just jumped in to sacrifice himself for Mei, truly was commendable. I hope he makes it alive, he has good potential for character development!

Just my own theory though and I don't have any proof yet. I just based it from the current version.
The answers that Mei wanted is only found in the Elysian Realm and thus the reason why Kevin told her to go there. So the answers why the Flame Chasers failed is due to a miscalculation and underestimated the enemy because everyone of them has a power equal or even stronger to that of a Herrscher. So if the enemy isn't a Herrscher(the enemies in APHO) then it's no good. I also noticed that the flying island is some what similar to the Theater of Dominance, and I think this Lucheni that Otto mentioned is a clone(more like a vessel of the Herrscher Core of the Herrscher of Domination). Also when boss sucked the Herrscher Energy from Mei, I think that who ever this Lucheni that Otto mentioning is not fully awakened or incomplete(can't really say if it's HoD or other entity). And in Chapter 25 EX, it's a backstory right? this means that it is nearing to APHO already ones Mei gained the answers of the Flame Chasers.
Lastly is the things I can't see through yet are:
Does this mean Honkaiss were eradicated? (because crystallums are the substitute for their weapons)
What happened to the others when Mei finally got/knew the answers?
Why only one squad is dispatched?
If Welt Yang has disappeared again, then what happened to Bronya?
Did Otto fake his death(because Theresa is the Overseer) just to research those enemies in APHO?
If Mei and Theresa is the one left in APHO, what are the status(dead/alive/in comma) of the others?

- The answer is not really eradicated. If you pay attention to certain dialogues, there is a mention where 99% of the Honkai sealed on the moon, strongly implying that Kiana did the deed. So get this, the thing that makes APHO so unique compared to other universes is that the humanity managed to defeat the Honkai. It doesn't necessarily destroy it, but it’s sealed away for the time being and its purge of the world stopped. When you factoring in some call forwards in the main story, along with the confirmation by miHoYo that "APHO's story is in the same world-line with the story chapters", it's certain that our heroines able to defeat the Honkai, even if it costs that the one who sealed it is possibly cannot coming back to see her friends.
"If Welt Yang has disappeared again, then what happened to Bronya?"
- I don't know if Welt has disappeared again at some point between the main story and APHO. But as for Bronya, one of in-game files shows her gamer tag, suggesting that she is probably retired from combat duties and becoming a video game celebrity or a gaming journalist.

- Otto is presumably defeated for good at some point between the main story and APHO. That said, his legacy lives on via the Void Archives.

- Only one way to find out. Although if you pay attention in certain easter eggs in APHO, there is a strong indication that most of major characters, especially the playable ones (except Kallen, Sakura, and possibly Elysia), are managed to make it through to the APHO story. My best guess for this are: Bronya becoming a successful video game celebrity, Fu Hua finally able to live in a normal life, Roza and Lili finally achieved their dreams of becoming idols (based on a digital billboard at the downtown that shows a silhouette that resembles the former), Seele is possibly working as the Squad 3 leader or opening a new orphanage, Rita is presumably working as Theresa's maid, and finally our beloved bimbo Durandal is working as the Squad 4 on the reformed Schicksal.

I got 2 things about APHO. First, APHO is indeed the next sequel of the main story, maybe the introduce of Honkai Impact 4: Galaxy. In that sequel, maybe the essence of the storyline will be inherited form Honkai Impact 3. Mei will become like Himeko - sensei, Adam ( if he can survived ) will become like 16 years old Mei, but more mature, and Carol will become like 16 years old Kiana. We will witness "Final Lesson" version 2.0 taught by Mei to Carol. Adam, cause he affected too much by Honkai, he may be turned into Herrscher and must leaves Carol. Carol will go through all the pain and tragedy and at the end, she will become a living legend. Remember, Carol is a carefree and cheerful girl from the start of APHO to the final boss of APHO part 1, this is the first pain Carol must overcome, everything is just as same as Kiana, and I don't think that is a coincidence.
Second, because of the first part I have said, now I know the deep meaning of words: Everlasting Flame. First, Captain Ragna is the ones who set the fire of hope to rise. Then, that flame is inherited be Himeko - sensei. After Hinkeko sensei sacrifice herself, Kiana is the girl who carried that flame and make it rise brightly , as we know. After that, after Kiana sacrifice herself to sealed the Honkai on the moon, Mei inherited that flame, continue that path and protect her team and fight for human kind. After Mei sacrifice herself in Honkai 4, Carol will be the girl who inherited the Everlasting Flame and move on, to save Adam and all the thing she loves. That is maybe the true meaning of Everlasting Flame. MHY planned all of that. I really believe of that.
P/S: Sorry if my comment is too long, but it is my true feeling and thought about APHO after chapter 25, it makes so much sense. Anyway, am excellent video as usual. Love it, gurl !!! 😍😍 And, I am totally love Mei in APHO, when she is truly matured and beautiful.

I think maybe the HI4 main story will be from this APHO concept while HI3 will continue the "original" story line.
Anyway, with motion sickness it must be hard to log in to Genshin, and play both game sometimes.
MiHoYo solution: You can't get motion sickness if you can't see the screen from tears. XD
actually, for genshin , i don't normally get motion sickness though not sure why XD i experience it a lot for PGR (mainly due to the shaking screens during attacks) but not for genshin/honkai :O

APHO is mixed feelings central here. On one hand, combat is great and in a vacuum story is pretty good (gib Adam more personality). On the other, *whacks miHoYo with newspaper* Don't write an epilogue before the main story ends you bakas.
Most I've seen of guesses for right after this (and I haven't actually seen many) was that they're both pretty much about to meet the Will of Honkai which would probably cause even bigger spoilers than all the pointing at the moon APHO already does.
Tho' my mind is trying to imagine a Seele gameplay in this thanks to another comment and it has currently landed in "the two just constantly switching every other attack" or ult creating a second Seele (sort of similar to how Mei's ult creates a clone or two). And ideas run out roughly at that point.
honestly i have mixed feelings on APHO too cause it leaves me with that pessimistic feeling that although anything good happens in our current main story, the end of it all will still be Mei being alone (without her St. Freya Gang). and that really leaves me with a bitter note ; - ; I also hope they give adam more personality XD he was kinda just there during Part 1 LMAOO

I finished this boss while underlevel so I really feel the struggle beating that boss 1st time, I use so many for revive item and even after adam limiter released I still died many time (thank God it's scripted so we can't die there)
I had a bit trouble the firts time, but I had a good skill set on Mei and Adam, so I didnt strugle so much after the first or two phases of it, Adam Ult was my main damage and Mei Ult easily destroys the shield it uses when shots beams, Carol just to break the legs
the struggle is real TvT congrats on defeating the boss though fam! :D
