Was this added in a recent update? I'd like to see the exact wording. Until proven otherwise, I'm working under the assumption that the Arbiter Generals function similarly to the Chordmasters of the Harmony, where people are chosen to summon/control the Aeon's true Emanators. So in the same way that Sunday can summon Dominicus, Jing Yuan can summon the Lightning Lord.
Where is it written? Sorry there's just so so much text in HSR that I got tired and don't read them anymore there's text in all the SU and it's variants there's so many books 90% of which are just filler stuff and it's too hard to keep up with the lore of HSR unlike genshin where most lore is revealed through world quests and books which I find more enjoyable
@@jessepfaui think the generals could be considered emanators evem though the power they possess is passed down, cause its different from the 10 stonehearts because it was not given by the marshall but rather LAN themselves,and its different from Sunday because they can summon theirs without consequence(except i think feixiao because of her ship's specific plaguemark)
and maybe its only for the luofu and the other ships,or maybe its only for LAN,but the only way we've seen them speak to LAN is through what fuxuan does,maybe every ship has a department where they talk to the aeon? cause its been made clear time and time again that THEY dont care if they wipe out allies,as long as the abominations are dead THEY are satisfied,so it might be a case of "I wont speak or listen to anyone unless its about killing or helping you guys kill the abominations"

While it's a small collab, not many people actually know PROMARE especially outside of Japan (as apparently their theatrical release is very spread out) so they literally keep the hype for PROMARE. 2024: Honkai Impact 3rd × Honkai: Star Rial in patch 7.9. Fortifying the Honkaiverse again especially since Welt is literally from HI3. What I noticed that outside the Evangelion Collab, Honkai will actually do a collaboration with other big names right at patch X.9.
What mobile game of any kind would you recommend to a 1500 day HI3rd captain that lost connection to the games story after 1.5 and wants to start with something fresh and new and maybe less complicated? ty ☺♥
