In Russia there are no play yards in schools. In russian schoolyard you have phy. ed. on good weather and you *work*. You have to work two times a year, otherwise you get F for life safety fundamentals course and you may go for second year or you won't get diploma after school - you get "ticket". You can't go to university with ticket and can't find nice job. All because you haven't *worked while you should, BITCH!*
