Tusse actually lost his voice after the national final and had to have surgery between the national competion and eurovision. So it isn't that weird that she thought that some notes where of.

It's so funny to hear people say Tusse's name, because my Icelandic boyfriend always yells at people online calling them Tussa which means c*nt in Icelandic.

Would be really nice to see if you could do "fan favorite" reactions (like Dotter, KEiiNO, Anna Bergendahl, Maruv, etc) with them and let them choose if they'd prefer the artist that went to Eurovision or the one that didn't make it.

Sweden, as always, is fine... always the same genre, but they do this best. As a half swede I think it would be nice to have some variety style/genrewise, but this has nothing to do with Tusse, who is great. UK, I would say 3/5 😊

Had you asked me to rate the UK a couple of weeks ago, my score would have been lower… but it has grown on me, so I think at this point I’m ready to give it a 5.

@@LINGWOW9 the hilarious thing is, all Americans immediately do a cockney/southern accent when they think of the UK. For a tiny country we have so many dialects.
James Newman is from Yorkshire so his accent is completely different, but its always fun to hear an American do a good old Cockney accent 😂

4 for the UK. I like both of James Newman's entries. Did you play them Tusse's semi-final performance? I've only watched the final. And I remember it not being as strong as this one (although it was also a good performance).
It's weird, cos if you know The Honest Vocal Coach on RUclips, she loves Eurovision and does react videos, too. She also thought Tusse was a woman. I don't know how you can make the mistake when you *see* him. It is true his voice is androgynous, but he looks enough like a guy that you can tell. With the right styling, of course, he could look like a woman. He has a different costume for his Eurovision performance...I forget what reason he gave but maybe the real reason was that, in his MelFest outfit, many people were mistaking him for a woman? Now, I'm going off of the pronouns *he* provided. If he feels more non-binary and just uses masculine pronouns, then that's cool for him, too. You do you, Tusse. This song is catchy and *extremely* Swedish MelFest. Not the Swedish pop that often gets played on radio and streamed everywhere, but MelFest winner bait. That's why it's not higher up in the odds. I think Europe is getting a bit sick of it, kind of how they got sick of eurodance for awhile, then it made a comeback, then they got sick of Max Martin-style boyband productions, but now that's back (meanwhile Max wrote tons of other hits in different styles, like Barry Gibb and his brothers from the Bee Gees), and on and on. Tusse also has a really inspiring backstory, so definitely talented and has a great attitude. I like this song a lot but there are so many songs on a high level this year I can't rate it as high as those songs (Finland, Malta, Switzerland, Bulgaria, etc.).

I love how they joined us in the constantly thinking of the UK disappointing year after year. At least Embers might not end at the bottom, but this is a strong year. UK: 3/5.
