A formal and deserving critique on preachers. The bible is scary and yes, my mom scared the shit out of me when I was a kid with it. Oh, my science indeed.
I love this song and band. No one I know finds this song funny like I do though. But whenever I hear it, I can't help it. I just envision a Dr. Wily-type standing on the roof of a regular household raising his hands in the air and laughing maniacally.
Anyone who's got a problem with the vocals probably had trouble getting into fear before the march of flames' later work. I loved that stuff though, so I love Adam Fisher's vocal stylings. It goes from dorky to brutal and back again, kind of like it would sound if I even tried to sing anything lol.
I went to go see enter shikari, My FAVORITE band and these guys were one of the opening bands, They were incredibly weird in concert but when i got home and listened i liked it. Plus they have really badass shirts.
Lol you realized it? Do I just have to wait until I realize it, too? I do actually like the whole song but the vocalist sounds like the band dared him(/her?) To try to ruin the song. And yes I know your comment is 8 years old, I don't care.
@CactusMinus or maybe they just have different tastes. Jesus Christ. I love this band too, but get real. Someone doesn't like the vocals, that's how it is.
bunch of normies who don't like the vocals in this chat... fear before the march of flames and his cameo in BTBAM's Prequel to the Sequel, dan briggs is a beast
It takes time to get used to Adam vocald and I must admit he's a good singer and Dan is a talented bassist/guitarist but what really got me into Orbs was Ashley. Her keys+backing vocals are so magical.
greeerororooroeoeleorGGGRRRREEREEEOEOEROREERER!!!!!!!!!DGGLGLGLGRGRGRGRRGRRRRRRR!!!!!! OMG the first time I heard that i almost pissed myself. fucking hilarious
Vocals are hard to tolerate at times but knowing the musicians on it its better to just listen on.
everything dan briggs touches turn to gold

Dude, seriously. All your stuff is amazing. I hope, for the sake of humanity, that people start listening and liking music like this.
I don't think this is the OP's band. This band is a band consisting of the old female singer from Cradle of Filth
DarthScorpio11 Seriously, members of Between the Buried and Me and Fear Before don't deserve a mention ?

Just excellent. Rhythm and lyrics are just perfect.
People who enjoy the vocals are based science chads.

From 00.51 to 1.19 = one of the best music part EVER !
This band is kick-ass. At first I hated the vocals, but now, I have realized that they are actually really good.

I love the piano in this.
Ashley Ellyllon is amazing
Awesome song!
This made me read Savitri Devi, Culture of Critique, and Julius Evola
Muuuuuy bueno, chabón. Grosísimo.
used to be iffy on the vocals
now i fucking love them and ANTS is one of my all time favorite albums O.o
lol asleep next to science spells ants
if you dont like the vocals on this, dont listen to The Mars Volta. I like both bands personally.
Excellent engineering
¶
awesome
Oh my science
this is fucking amazing!
I must say, this is amazing! Though I'm not too fond of the sound of the live videos on here.
@aprilisawesomeable I feel the same, it's a shame Dan isn't on bass though...
@CactusMinus or maybe they just have different tastes. Jesus Christ. I love this band too, but get real. Someone doesn't like the vocals, that's how it is.
I'm 23 and what is this... melodic progressive techn-emo?
@s1jyount the vocals almost remind me of smashing pumpkins also.
@albel1333 where the hell do you get metalcore or black metal from this song?
lmao everyone getting filtered by the vocals, it's called being UNIQUE, you should get some taste.

it would of been better if adam fisher sang like how he did when he did guest vocals on prequel to the sequel

AGH THE VOCALS. The rest is awesome though.
Wish instrumentals were available for this...the music is awesome, but these vocals are kinda tinged with emo/screamo influences everywhere.
Bryce Bruder x2! That emo singer xD.
I want to like this band because Dan is the man, but I can't get past the whiny vocals.
I'm like everyone else its good but the vocals is to whiny
Sounds good, not a big fan of the vocals though.
why? why that unbearable voice..... seriously -.-""
