All that is required is to mash jab. As well, when Fill is against any character, that character has abilities that are specifically intended and designed to take full advantage of any character that Piggy controls. Again, all that is required is to mash jab. In layman's terms, Fill is garbage and projects his failure outward.

And his gin brain hasn’t figured out he has to adjust his play style for when his opponents have supers ready to punish full screen special moves. He always decides to do a move that like a 80 frame window to punish on reaction from full screen. And Phil also hasn’t learned to spot people obviously buffering their special and they are waiting to press the buttons to punish.
