Barkhajee, there are reasons to contemplate that, in this controversy, the stable gates have been closed after all the horses have bolted. The IMA should have taken immediate legal action, when the controversy first surfaced, and taken recourse with investigating and research testing scientifically, medical products marketed by this firm.
This is not directed towards Patanjali as a firm, but false claims and misleading advertisement by the firm.More importantly, Baba Ramdev has made DEROGATIVE and DEPRECATORY STATEMENTS
about Allopathic doctors and allopathic lines of treatment.
If Baba Ramdev had refrained from making such slanderous public statements, this day would never have been seen.
Finally, the MAGIC REMEDY ACT is a dinosaur law, and may be irrelevant in the Ayurveda line of treatment. This law need to be Revised and UPDATED to be useful in MODERN MEDICAL SCIENCES

The court is right in not accepting the apology, but due respects to the court even Judges need to temper their language. What sort of statement is this?, " We will rip you apart"?. Are we a civilized society or not?
We only need to check the educational records of some of them to understand why such a language is used !

I have tried out Baba's products - Marie biscuit made by Baba, Baba Shampoo, Baba's achaar. Cheaply priced because the product quality was quite cheap & substandard.
