Could also finally give game William his much needed character, same with Henry or whoever else, all the while progressing the main plot forward with The Mimic and the current human characters. I'd honestly love something like that, would go so hard as a fangame concept.

I really like the whole circus origins idea, and having fazbear inc or any of the companies having their origins in a shady circus business would make sense for their current shadiness lol. its a minor note, but i think that the reason springtrap is limp before being removed from that room is due to there being a human body blocking the movement of the animatronic mechanism like sure his body gets crushed to some degree, but its not pulverised, and its in the way up until enough of it decays that the parts can move properly again as for golden freddy/fredbear, same logic could apply, or maybe its just in suit mode, or maybe something else entirely idk im not your mom you can figure it out yourself

A lot of evidence around FNAF4 suggests it happened during summer vacation; what if that year at Fall Fest Afton murdered a child there, Cassidy, like you said via the Golden Freddy? What if Golden Freddy was the decommissioned/non-functional Fredbear (stored in the barn to hide evidence about Afton's invention having killed a child) and in front of Afton the hat/bowtie turned from purple to black? What if it became animated, even while in suit mode, like we see in the UCN animation? When what if Afton freaked out and threw it in the large pond/small lake on the property? What if then Cassidy, from the bottom of the lake, caused the fire that took down Fall Fest? What if the grounds, the very property (it seems like a large farm lot, by a freeway turn-off to me) then becomes the domain of this vengeful spirit? There were already dead children, but this one is what caused them to turn violent? And what if the real reason Fazbear Entertainment continues to build there, always launching/opening new businesses there, is because their robots are not actually that lifelike... Thinking about OMC fishing as a very calming activity. "Come sit with me a while, leave the demon to his demons" has the vibes of letting Cassidy choose to move on by relaxing.

The Flipside has a clearly digital aesthetic, and a lot of its parts are references in places pertaining to the Mimic, or the VANNI mask. Could FNAF World be its own digital world, connected to the programming from the M.X.E.S console or some other network? But if so, what would that actually mean?

The Flipside has a clearly digital aesthetic, and a lot of its parts are references in places pertaining to the Mimic, or the VANNI mask. Could FNAF World be its own digital world, connected to the programming from the M.X.E.S console or some other network? But if so, what would that actually mean?

Rye toast mentioned the latest podcast epsiode I think, but in the silver eyes trilogy William talks about dying in a spring lock suit and he say that it's like you're drowning in your own blood(or somrthing along those lines) which when connecting cassidy to drowning does heavily implement that cassidy died in a spring lock suit.

“Couldn’t move for the last 30 years” metal parts and his own bones are stabbing his own body, pieces of the body are stuck in between joints, and that with somebody that’s meant to be in the suit, they may just get low enough to prevent the first joints of the legs and arms, and potentially the head.

Doesn’t really fit the context of the story well. No red lake, no OMC- no bear. If you’ve read it you can get the feeling it was made in a vacuum- a self contained little story.

It's not possible for Cassidy's death to be connected to a springlock failure because while I can't remember when or where, i remember Scott stating William was the only one who had ever been in a springlock failure in the game continuity
