I got epoxy kit from Lowe’s it’s usually in the wood stain and sealer section. Works really well 2 parts. Have a torch ready to go for curing. The torch takes out the air bubbles and fish eyes as it’s curing just baby sit it and continue going over it with the torch it will self level. Make sure you do it inside or a place that is not open to flys and bugs because they’re attracted to it and will land in it. Safety precaution even though it does not smell make sure you wear a respirator with filter because it can make you feel pretty crappy. Gloves are also needed since it’s a pain to get off your hands. 3/4” mdf is cheap and definitely sturdy enough for this, and homodepot has it cheap
There is also a US company that does the bricks and mortar. Believe it’s micro miniatures.
