It's been 3 years since Dolore's departure, and I still can't believe it nor accept it. I grew up listening to her precious music. She meant the world to me when I was like 15 or 16. I miss these days with the Cranberries. I was a teenager with some difficult times in the 90's. This band helped me get through those days and I can't believe Delores is gone. 😢 The Cranberries will still be one of my favorite bands even in 2023 😊
The cranberries "everybody else is doing it so why can't we?" was the first CD that I ever bought, and I have been listening to their music since I was 12 years old. I honestly can't say I've ever felt such a strong connection about any other band in my life. I will always treasure and love their music my whole life through, I'm sure of it.

Going to share this with my daughter. Thank You 💚
I remember 1993 feeling so lost and so uncomfortably introverted and lost in my world until people like Gin Blossoms, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Soul Asylum, and Cranberries drifted into my life. Then I felt synchronicity. Then I felt "normal".
I saw a show where the Gin Blossoms opened for Toad the Wet Sprocket and while waiting for the show to start I won a Soul Asylum CD for having a certain combination of #s in the serial number on a $5 bill. :)

Coming out of the break and back into the last chorus, you can see her fight back that smile you only get when you hit the harmony perfectly like they did. Great performance for sure
Yes! That is so wonderful when you see artists with that spontaneous expression of joy in how they sound. As many times as she has sung this, in that one moment you can see that it is still fulfilling and makes her happy to sing it well.
"I was wrong...I was wrong with you.."...hearing a women admit she was wrong....plus that angelic voice....words that if a man heard it from a wife would save a marriage...a song about regrets ...the heart....and truth

Goddamn 90’s driving down PCH blasting this thanks Dolores!
We have lost the ability to really connect with the music, or is it the music we are presented with I don't listen to much music these days you know why, I am grateful for all the memories I have of being at my lowest and highest points of my life to date. Because music was my refuge, I am grateful to being able to go back and listen I only hope our youth have this especially now I see a change in my children I hope it doesn't last long or maybe just play a song from your past that helped you in your past. It's contagious
My absolute favorite version of this song! She was so amazing and she will always be remembered but never forgotten 👍
I’ve been trying to find a word to describe her voice. Haunting. I could listen all day. RIP, Delores.
Wow!! Love this version and Dolores does get more beautiful as she gets older. What a voice!!
You’ve been much loved Dolores and terribly missed proud Irish girl.
Song Bird sang her way to heaven. Rest in Peace may your voice live forever... I was 10 when I first heard The Cranberries growing up I was always a little different I didnt limit myself to 1 genre of music and "Linger" well stayed in the back of my head as 1 of the first songs that opened my soul to something new. Going to share this with my daughter. Thank You 💚
God rest her soul she was an incredible person 🙏🏼❤
I remember 1993 feeling so lost and so uncomfortably introverted and lost in my world until people like Gin Blossoms, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Soul Asylum, and Cranberries drifted into my life. Then I felt synchronicity. Then I felt "normal".
I was just listening to Gin Blossoms and Toad the Wet Sprocket last night! :)
"Somthings always wrong"
I saw a show where the Gin Blossoms opened for Toad the Wet Sprocket and while waiting for the show to start I won a Soul Asylum CD for having a certain combination of #s in the serial number on a $5 bill. :)
Don't forget Blind Melon
@@erad67 That's awesome. Must have been on the Fear tour in 92/93? Hey was Geggy Tah also one of the opening acts?
My daughter is 21, and her music taste is eclectic. She has found some of my youtube play lists. and this is up there with the very best. I just love introducing her to absolute class.
Sweetheart, your voice will live forever... Thank you for sharing your art with us. I'm sure that you're in a wonderful place right now. Rest in peace, I love you.

One of the few groups that were diamonds in the pile of shit that was 90s music. She looks and sounds great in this video

"Oh, I thought the world of you"
Gets me everytime.
It sucks when the greatest love in your life is one sided.
RIP.
God! She was so beautiful and talented. Even her speaking voice had a lyrical quality to it. I could sit and listen to her read the phone book to me. RIP. I really miss their music.
Lol
This woman was absolutely beautiful, as beautiful as her voice!!!!!!!! RIP in peace and fly high beautiful lady..xoxox
Never will we have such a unique voice in music....................You may not have been a fan of the cranberries, but if you grew up in the 90's and 2000's you knew immediately it was the cranberries the minute Dolores began singing.
I will always be a fan, as their songs transport me back to my teenage years and always will.
She's so tiny. I love Dreams & Linger. And what an angelic voice. She is beautiful. Miss her.
One of my favorite songs. Brings back so many wonderful memories of people and places that I will never see again.
Yes
RIP Dolores. You had a special voice and a special beauty.
Linger always makes me want to cry.
B. Jhon Jean-Michel Basquiat Jean-Michel Basquiat
Yep. Dedicated to all of us who played the fool and stayed the course.
So do I, works everytime...
It makes cry most of the time, 43 year old man tearing down
Well hearing that sweet voice coupled with the fact that she's gone would make anyone tear up a bit.
Hope she’s resting in peace.
Beautiful voice, beautiful lady with a beautiful song.
Love her voice! Takes me back to high school listening to her! I have been listening to this song on repeat for days now here and there and I never get sick of it 💓 Rest easy Dolores!
A beautiful lady with a beautiful soul.
