"really wanted to make this look like it's big budget"
Pretty sure it's actually big budget compared to any reasonable standard
a reasonable standard for a commercial like that its around a millon dollars
Seriously though 😂
Really great stuff! Really appreciate the behind the scenes on shoots of this caliber. Keep killing it guys!
Wooou. Loved the final video, and now I loved the making of!
Congrats to all the team!
Love that you guys had BTS or this. I watched it back a ton of times. As a growing DP, Jared Fadel is an inspiration.
Thanks guys and GREAT JOB!! 😉
Nic Conner Images - NCIFP Jared is a great guy and a very hard working DP. He's constantly out there pushing himself and trying to work with new people and find new ways to innovate. With that mindset you'll go far!
You guys crushed it!
Love seeing behind the scenes stuff
Biggest camera i have ever seen!!!
Amazing work! A job well done!
To see hoe much tech has made this evenmore oossible today as an indie filmmaker is interesting
amazing.... simply amazing
JESUS F****** CHRIST, this is amazing. I would love to have that much talent to pull something amazing as that off
Great stuff! Thanks for sharing!
Wow that GSS stabilization with the lens bouncing was crazy to see. I need to get a quasar tube!
Wow! This is a dream production.
You guys killed it!
Amazing work guys! Cheers.
So Good!!!
Amazing. True inspiration. Thanks for sharing.

Always thought that those Quasar tubes would work perfectly for a car commercial :)
Keep up the good work!
no budget issue!!! Damn, really great!!!
Amazing behind the scenes! Loved it a lot! The final product was a killer...

Awesome BTS!
First of all, the main video is awesome and I've learned a lot from this BTS, you should do this more often! Amazing, keep up the good work guys!
Great team work Good Look Guys
daaaaaaamn
nice work!
Fucking love this. Great vibes 🏄
I would love to see this same thing produced with waaay cheaper gear. Like a GH5 or whatever you would use. And just see the difference.
You could honestly make it look pretty similar, Quasar science tubes are as low budget as lighting gets, but those things perform so well.
And with the low light sensitivity of DSLRs and Mirrorless these days you can make great stuff on any budget.
That being said, the Helium sensor is incredible. And Ive always said RED + Leica glass is my favorite combo.
freefly's new 5 axis gimbal uses the gh5s.
Great video! What was the light behind the huge scrim on the warehouse?
How did you get the fuel shots? :) They look awesome!
Those tube-style lights that were used, what are they called? I have been looking for something like that forever!
You guys could shown the actual commercial which is made also!
Great work, very inspirational. What was the budget for a project like this?
good team
Hey what lights where those that the guys where holding inside the "warehouse" scene. The handheld what looks like to be just a single fluorescent bulb. Where can I buy them?
Quasar tubes by Quasar science, check them out!
It would be super nice if you provided the full commercial..
Do you have any affiliate links to quasar lights so I may purchase them through your link?
Budget?
Probably worth more than my entire ancestors salary combined.
good Questions .... LOL
I don't think it was super high. They already owned all the equipment. Only needed money to rent the car, the house, the warehouse, to close the road, and to rent out the GSS gimbal and operator. Probably a daylong shoot means only one day of staffing audio, lighting, drivers, and rentals.
seems a 500k project may be ? may be more
I don't think it's that much. They can simply rent most of these things.
The camera I guess they have it since a long time, so I think that it's possible with 100K
how many lights did you use to illuminate the first scenes, the ones by the fireplace?
How does the thing with the iphone work? When i try it, I only get small dots.
Where can you get the quaser led tubes that you were talking about??
Wow
Can you tell why so many microphones to mic the lambo?
Who funded this, lambo?
Does Jared Fadel look exactly like Luke Neumann to anyone else?
#blessed
What is that lenses? 2:27
A billion dollar budget
What is that at 5:41?
Its FoolControl! A genius app that talks to the Red and allows you full control over all the settings in the camera, Along with being able to start and stop recording as well as pull focus with EF lenses.
did u shoot in one day?
i dont think thats called budget xD budget are my videos , i shoot them entirely on my own , hand held with a dslm , hanging out the window of a car at 150kph while shooting as low as possible another car passing by :PP
"Low budget" lol
Uses red camera and 29k drone lol
@@AmericTRacing Don't for the 30k lenses and the 20k RZR with the who knows how expensive custom gimbal that has another red inside.
"We didn't have a generator to power big lights so I place the lights very strategically." That's all I needed to hear.
@@jgo1961 dude, I was being sarcastic, not critical. It's more than low budget. You had a team with you. Anyhow. Best wishes
@@beardog6569 I don't understand what you are trying to say.
0:08 lol I thought he's checking his portfolio
HOLY FUCK is all I gotta say..
#jelly
so where did the money come from
Interesting that the Director considers this "low" budget.
zick
Budget?
$50,000 RED camera
22 microphones
Lamborghini
Expensive Drone
Car Gimbal
...
Budget would be like a GH5 an a Zhyun Crane with some rode mics and DJI phantom drone...
But the video is super cool
Big budget.....LMAO.....Dude brought 22 Mics hahhahahahaahha
Wow, what an incredible edit! Keep up the great work, I really enjoyed all of your videos. I started shooting and editing cars on my channel as well. Maybe someday you’ll have some time to check it out. I would really appreciate your support / feedback. Peace!
"My goal was to sell this film as if it were big budget" ...the camera alone costs $50,000+. Most people don't make that amount of money in a year...
Who the fuck funded this thing?
blackmagic 6k better
