Facts and why Shay act like Jimmy Johnson would still be coaching Dallas rite now
Most cowboys fans have known for years about Jerry and how he was. In 22 when Dak led the league in interceptions all fans knew it was bc Jerry gave away coop and expected Gallup to be a top tier #2 coming off leg injuries so there was no real weapon on the outside except ceedee but he didn’t want to bring anyone else in and it continued to be an issue. Most fans have known the defense couldn’t stop the run and have complained time and time again about it needing to be addressed and here were are in 2024 and they still can’t stop the run. The fans have always known but the flaws got masked by winning in the regular season but would rear their ugly heads in the postseason so the complaints weren’t as loud but they were still prevalent but were at the point now where he’s fucked it up so badly it doesn’t matter bc he probably won’t do the necessary things to make the roster better and if he doesn’t I wouldn’t be surprised the team is worse than it is rn next year unfortunately.
