9:18 Now that's brilliant, parallell different sized elastics. I really miss that in my Maxpedition pocket organizers. Nice product presentation.

+Moorlander EDC And just what sort of mushrooms do you put in that pouch, haha? Kidding. Seriously though, I was glad to find a review on this that wasn't in German, as I MOLLE a pair of TT7's with TT 6's MOLLE'd onto the front of those on my rucks ( I make full use of the MOLLE on my rucks, plate carriers, and the real estate on my pistol belt, so I am going to share your video with a friend back in my home state that's also into this, looking for good gear, and I'm more than 350 miles away so it's not like I can show him my setup ). These really are great pouches. That extra pouch on the inside is a brilliant idea. The pouches have lots of organization and space ( their choice of 500 Denier Cordura gives the perfect amount of strength and stretchiness ( you really can pack these so they're bursting at the seams full, something harder to do with 1000 and 1050 Denier Cordura ). They make great drug/med bags ( chronic pain and panic disorder are miserable, so I pack drug and med heavy, both with my prescribed opioids and benzos [oxycodone and Xanax] and otherwise. I'm not currently prescribed as much oxy as I need, so I do what I gotta do ), great for holding some of the extra ammo to reload mags ( I also pack/carry weapons and ammo heavy. I live in the American South, where guns are part of our culture and where we can have as much of whatever we want. I keep my rucks, plate carriers, pouches, pistol belt, etc....... packed and ready for SHTF. One thing I do is carry a lot of extra high capacity mags and rounds to reload them for every gun I bring when running gear. I generally keep those extra rounds water-proofed by packing them in mylar bags that I make to whatever size I want, seal them with a kitchen vacuum sealer, and label them as to amount, caliber, and type of ammo in each. Some in pouches like these, and more in my ruck)
These also make good trauma kits that actually hold plenty of stuff, good fire bags, tool bags, gun cleaning kits, Redi Bath towel packs, toilet parer tablet tubes, so many uses, large amounts of space and organization, and even more and better when added to a TT 7. I would get a couple more for my plate carrier, but in the military surplus and gear catalog I bought them from the TT6's are $40 U.S. and TT 7's $35 U.S. ( so I'm guessing about 20 GBP and 18 GBP respectively. Is that close? ). So, I have some more affordable but still good Condor pouches on my plate carrier ( earlier Condor gear was cheaply made, but they've really stepped up their game ) and ruck, along with some G.I. MOLLE pouches. Anyway, before I write you a novel here, I just wanted to thank you for a good, in depth review in English that I can share with friends back home. You do a really good job of showcasing all the features of some great kit, thank you and you've gained a subscriber. BTW, I saw a thing for a TT 8 on screen, now I'm gonna have to look at those. Thanks again ~ Cthulhu

This was my idea when I first emailed TT about reviewing some of their products. They make amazing gear, however, a lot of the reviews online where in German - understandably. It's a beautiful language but if you don't speak it it's hard to understand. I see myself as a TT evangelists 🙃

I do believe the small cut/slot on top is to pass through a cable from a power bank. The round Anker 5000 should fix inside perfectly

Hey StarFox, yes, that make sense now. TT have a knack of adding unique features. I hope you're well my friend and having a great week

Thx for the review. You are right, the inner bag is for a LUCIE night-vision device, which is or was also used by the german Bundeswehr since 2002. LUCIE is an french abbreviation for "LUnette Compacte Intensificatrice Economique" (Economical Compact Night Sight)and comes from the French company Thales. I don't think it matters whether you pronounce it in English or French ;)

Wow, Thomas. Your military knowledge is brilliant. Have you served in the German forces? I've noticed on another post your translation of the reason behind TT 👍 thank you for the kind words on the review. Have a great week

@@MoorlanderEDC I served during the Cold War, but was never deployed abroad or in combat because the Bundeswehr was "rather defensive" at the time for political reasons. But I am still connected to the club and keep up to date. And if I see there is a question I can answer (with a quick research if necessary), then I am happy to help :)
Tasmanian Tiger is a brand whose quality I also appreciate very much and from whom I own some equipment (especially IRR, where available)

I bought one of their pouches for my multitool from a local surplus store here in Tasmania and love it so much i bought a second one to keep as a spare. I was surprised to find that they're a German company though is there a story behind using the naming of their brand?

    • @MoorlanderEDC

I'm not too sure really Mark. Their parent company is Tatonka with the buffalo in the logo. Maybe the TT was something personal to the brand idea originally. I'll make sure I ask 🤣 I hear there's been sighting of the tiger over there?

Good day Mark. Let me give you a translation from the german TT site:
"The Tasmanian tiger has been considered extinct on the Australian mainland since the 1930s, the last specimens of the species lived on Tasmania. In 1966, a large protected area was designated in the southwest of the island to give the animals a retreat and thus preserve the species. To this day, no Tasmanian tiger has been sighted, but many people believe that it has managed to survive undiscovered in this protected area... This myth manifests the special characteristics of the animal - will to survive, hunting instinct, excellent camouflage, cunning, strength, endurance. This is what prompted us to give our products the name TASMANIAN TIGER." By the way TATONKA, the mother brand means Buffalo in Sioux

I really rate the brand. I have a tac 1 vertical pouch and an Rfid wallet. So far they are holding up really well. Cheers for the review bro. This is gonna be my next one 👍
