(Eco pedal not eco mode) seems to be different.
I own a 2015 AWD 3.7 q50
@@trelcook1256 No, I just have the modes.
Black forsure !
So hard to decide!
Nardo gray ?!
It was on the list!
Both look so good.
Glad you think so!
what brand of filler primer did you use?
It’s just duplicolor that you can get anywhere really. It’s at 7:50 in the video
Are you planning on installing the rear BBK as well? If not, are there any problems that can occur in terms of the break bias being thrown off ?? As always great video!!! Breaks look great!!
Also... do your rear break wear quicker on your Q as well? I got new rotors and pads last year and in exactly 1 year my rear pads are completely worn.
I would do the rears as well, yes, but you can run just the fronts. And no my rears do not wear fast but I have my active trace control off.
@@SpeedCultureStudios dang, I think I have my active trace control off as well or maybe I’m not turning it off right ??? Idk anyways thanks for the response !
@@ernestoalvarez9045 you can turn it off in personal mode-you just have to always be in personal mode
in the link to the calipers is shows that it doesn’t fit the 2014 premium modes? is that because we need bigger wheels?
Amazon doesn’t see them as upgrades. It’s saying it doesn’t fit the premium because the brakes are for the sport model
Speed Culture Studios but they will fit the premium models right ?
@@fleichy6425 they will bolt on, but you’ll need sport rotors and wheels that clear the calipers
they need to be cleared!
No they do not.
@@SpeedCultureStudios In my opinion I think it looks better and will last longer.
@@oldirtydave22 no reason that it would last longer rattle can clear is not the same as real clear. You’d need 8 coats to make it even worth it. and you would never know the difference looking at them if they were cleared. These have so much sheen and metallic you wouldn’t know. I’ve painted numerous sets of calipers. Some cleared and some not and would not even worry about clearing them ever again honestly. Rattle can clear is almost worthless. If I was paint body pieces, I’d use clear for sure-but I wouldn’t be using rattle can paint, so that’s irrelevant lol. Just in my experience over the years, no added benefit of clearing calipers when using rattle can paint.
@@SpeedCultureStudios They sell 2K clear in a rattle can that you have to activate the hardner and it’s the exact same thing as body shop clear! I have personally used it several times and it makes a huge difference in quality and finished product . If you like matte that’s a different story but I’ve done it many times. Try it it’s called spray max 2k!
@@oldirtydave22 I've used 2k clear for color matching spoilers and splitters etc. and it does the job for those small pieces. The formula is similar to what you'd mix at a body shop, but you cannot control the ratios inside of the can or how it sprays, so the aerosol can be finiky in varying weather conditions. I've just always had access to a bodyshop--I worked in the industry for many years and my brother still does body and paint work. But yes, its a good option for painting small pieces.
go blue foo
I love it man!
