It went from Tory claiming that Megan never got shot, to his lawyers claiming that Kelsey shot Megan but that Tory was trying to wrestle the gun out of Kelsey's hands, to by the time it got to his newest legal team's attempt at filing a motion for a new trial, they were claiming that Tory never touched the gun. These are all 3 radically different scenarios they were trying to present, but his fans overlooked the inconsistencies, and instead tried to poison the well with unhinged conspiracy theories about Megan. I used to be a big fan of his music. I ain’t really care for what he did outside of music. But honestly even though at first him being guilty to me was bullshit, it is what it is. I found him due to the trial and trying to figure out how I missed a huge ass R&B artist. People online be making up numbers I swear and he makes dece music too not sure if they were fans or just there for whatever reason. It was explained to me he should have never taken it to trial though. I'm floored with the legal strategy they went with. He could've gotten aggravated mayhem apparently. A DA I know was saying Gascon would be hitting him with the millionaire from Canada running around unregistered and loaded firearm, negligent discharge, and influencing poor kids to do the same charge and that the Meghan bit wouldn't factor in to the sentencing or charge unless she was permanently disabled since that's the requirement for aggravated mayhem.
