Thank you for this video! Prior to this I had just been staring at the machine thinking it was on because I had a blinking light lol.
Happy it helped 👍😁
Thank you so much. Got this from a friend 12/31/23 and your video helped on New Years Day 2024!!!
Great to hear! Happy New Year 👍
Came here for the tutorial, stayed for the music! Thanks bro!
Thank you!!!
Thanks had no idea how it worked because the fan doesn't turn on right away. Working fine. Fan doesn't cycle on for a minute or two. Thanks
Best ice maker video. Thank you
Thank you for making this video 🎉
Thank you!
Thanks I had no idea what I was doing 😃
Great to hear the video helped 👍
Bought one yesterday, followed the manual, and your directions.
It did all of the normal cycling, the exterior got cold, but after three hours, no ice.
Trying again today, if no ice, taking it back.
Sorry to hear it isn’t working properly. Have you reached out to the company yet for possible fix’s?
@@TheKnoxcountry I returned it to Walmart for an exchange.
The replacement unit works great.
I bought it for my wife, she loves it.
Oh awesome! Glad to hear 👍
Exactly what i needed to know about that damn drain plug...dies it twist or pull off...now i know...thanks
Thank you for putting up such a nice video. It was very informative and very helpful. And very easy to understand I appreciate that man. Thank you so much !!
How long does one cycle normally take to produce ice?
You're epic guy thanks so much, brief and right to the point (almost)! 😂👏👍👍
You had the best video!😊
Thank you
Don’t turn it over to remove the water !! The refrigerator-pump will be damaged.
If it’s damaged can I replace it?
Thank you for letting us know! I was tempted to tilt it. 😊
@rendleman91 oooh that may be what I'm experiencing now 😢
Remember this makes ice it doesn't keep ice frozen.
Thank you for sharing 😊
They say remove the filter and clean the hose where are they ?? Could you simply just lift this small machine and bend it over to the sink to empty it ??Instruction with this machine are so poor no picture not to user friendly for maintenance like how often do you have to clean it ? at every end use or once a week a month ?? Using clean water shouldnt make that often dirty !
the filter is the little white part on the right hand side under the ice basket. That pops off. I plan on draining mine when not in use and keeping the lid open for it to dry out same as I do my washing machine. Clean water still collects mould and other nasty things.
I don’t have the option to just leave it open. We have a very large dog that sheds like crazy. Whole point of this was to have “clean, healthy” ice, because I’m a major germaphobe. Especially with standing water.
I have the similar one from Costco. It is nightmare to clean every 2-3 weeks. Poor design and not very cleaning friendly. So much gunk and mold outside imagine how much would be inside. There should be optional to dismantle and assemble again.
Thank you!
Your very welcome!
How do I clean the water tray part that delivers the water to the ice makers fingers for it to freeze?
Thanks so much!
Thank you so much be blessed
Thank you! You too!!

Hello, what about when I fill my ice maker with water & it goes thru the cycle bt all the water runs out from the bottom to the counter?
Might be something to contact customer support over. That’s obviously if it isn’t just a loose drain plug underneath.
I need the rubber water drain plug for the bottom. Doesn’t fit anymore. Where can I purchase one?
Do we need to leave it plug in all the time? or have it plugged in and just turn the power on and off when we need it?
Once you’re done making ice, I don’t think you need to leave it plugged in all the time. We unplug ours and put in the pantry when not in use. Hopefully if someone knows for sure here, they reply
This did not include. How to enter clean mode. Cleanings the filter. Or the use of various cleaning solutions.
Yeah. My manual said to use vinegar? I abhor the odor of vinegar, so how do we get rid of that? So confused.
Scott do you have to clean the inside tank before initial use?
you should.
I agree with @loislayne7. Our manual doesn’t say to, but if you’re concerned, wipe it out and maybe run an initial batch and discard.
Can you show me how to clean it?? I bought it used and it didn’t come with the manual…
I'm having issues my ice is really thin. It's not like it was when I first bought it how can I fix this issue?
Thanks👍
Just got one for my birthday. My ice doesn’t look like that and taking forever to make the ice
How long does it take to make the ice?
My machine after 8 months is only making small ice….!!! What happened?? And the cycle seems to be longer too
Qual o tempo pra produção do gelo?
merci je viens de trouver une machine a glace et je ne connaissait pas son fonctionnement
Can I keep my ice maker plugged in all of the time?
That’s a good question! Sorry, I don’t know the answer to that though.
Now what if it stops making ice
Where is the sensor for water add?
Sorry, I’m not sure. Might be a customer support question.
Power light won’t turn off
The plug is leaking now what do I do
I’m sorry to hear that. Honestly I wouldn’t know without more detail. After applying good upward pressure with slight twist, does the plug not feel like a tight fit anymore?
😇👍
Just set mine up and its leaking all over.
How long does it take to make ice
The manual states 8-13 minutes for ice to form so, somewhere around there.
This doesn’t tell you how to ACTUALLY clean it.
