      A top list of things to put in your PSA would be good. Also a way to streamline the ticket creation process would be good.

      Passed a Azure security cert fellas since my last post. Switched gears for a bit but I am back.
      I would be curious thoughts or tips on balancing clients and red flags that you are putting too much time on a client and or scope creep is occurring.
      My point ot view being medical field support/sysadmin know I and others are finding themselves responsible for more and more cloud connected systems like HVAC, control access, special apps for power users.
      My fear is I will be giving too much quality or service verse what I am receiving.
