Thank you, Paul, for the video. I have been reluctant to use these types of tools because it is not clear how they handle error conditions. And, since it is technology and technology is never 100%, how do you track and discover a non-event or a situation when the trigger inexplainably did not fire.

It was just an example of how you can have multi-step sequences from a single trigger.
But there are plenty of reasons you may want to store data in a Google Sheet to process or collate that info for in other ways.

How's this compare to Uncanny Automator? I'm mostly interested in the API and webhook features for integrating with non-natively supported APIs. Flowmattic seems more robust in that area.

In your video does it automatically know not to create a new user if that user exists, or would that be a condition we would need to add?
You could set up conditions to check for the user and run a different action.
If the user already exists, FlowMattic will return the user ID instead of attempting to create the user :)
Could something like this be used to automate my woocommerce and FreeAgent? As the current I tegration is expensive if you have more than 1 shop.

One thing I am having problems integrating is for user members to upload their products to my site so I can run an online shop for local businesses. Any ideas how I can do this in Wordpress?
Perhaps you can try it with Super Forms it has options to create posts with custom post type e.g. "product" for WC. It's called "Front-end Posting". You can also only allow members to fill out the form and define author based on logged in user etc. It's not free though ($27 p/y).

How do you compare this with Bit Integrations ?
How would you say this compares to say Bit Integrations or WP Fusion?
I haven't used Bit Integrations in a long time and have never used WP Fusion, but they fundamentally do the same thing. You need to see which offers the integrations you need and choose from there. :)
If you are using Cloudflare for your domain, it's better to connect everything from it, no need for any extra plugin, more plugin more slowing.
Can this be used to have a WordPress user auto create their account and auto logon on a php site hosted on subdomain ? Have some php sites I want to link to a membership service on worpr3es of a user selects membership, they pay monthly an gain access to the related service website hosted on subdomain. Of failed payments or cancel it will block access of membership on wordpress site status is inactive
