Hi Paul, thanks for the video! In an earlier video you talked about Bit Integrations, is there a reason why you don't mention it anymore? Would be great if you could do a comparison video of all these tools, but I realize that would probably be a lot of work.
I forgot all about Bit Integrations. I also don’t have access to the full version to be able to test and compare sorry.
@@WPTuts No problem, thanks for letting me know. To answer my own question: from what I've read, Bit Integrations is a more basic plugin for connecting forms to other services, whereas Flowmattic etc. can handle more complex workflows.
Automation is a lifesaver, not only for the stated reasons in the video but can be very handy if you're in a pinch and you have no idea how to connect X to Z. Like sending something from your WP site, storing it in Y, Y then frees up additional integration to execute it on Z - lol, if that makes any sense.
@Paul - I've been using Zapier for years but dang that $hiz gets expensive. How do you find Pabbly? a decent alternative to zapier? For me I like to have integration running off-site.
Pabbly is generally a good platform, but not as streamlined as Zapier. While they offer ‘free’ actions, it’s surprising how quick you can chew through your allotted actions.
I’d certainly recommend getting a higher plan than you think you’ll need as theirs no upgrading the Ltd to a higher LTD.
This as definitely caught me out a few times. Something to bear in mind if you choose to buy into it via Ltd.

You're missing a key player here. I don't need to pay for any of these, because I self host a n8n instance on my server. If it has an API, you can integrate it and drill down data into flows to go different places. It's free, and it's awesome.

@@CarlGarside it's an annoying side effect of using a transition in FCP when you try to move a section to a new track, it will often place it next to the original copy. Unfortunately, I missed it in this video when rendering.
Not trying to push anything, more of a choose whatever tools works best for the job... Have you considered kdenlive instead? Haven't done that large amount of video editing, but never ran into that kind of problem.
