Chidori is move that user moves so fast that it is difficult to aim that you need a Sharingan to perfect your aim But since Kakashi lost the left Sharingan he invented a new Jutsu similar to the Chidori except you don't need the Sharingan to perfect your aim Purple Lightning was invented
