Hamas is not wearing a uniform, in violation of one of the basic current laws of war. Wearing a uniform is essential to distinguish combatants from civilians. Why is the UN not prosecuting Hamas for such war crime?

Please show CLEAR and unequivocal evidence of this aid issue. Get video of the trucks and locations in a way detractors cannot dispute. Cause right now accusations of famine are specifically sitting ALL on the IDF.

all aid orgs said that when rafah closes, and when israel invades, and displaces people from rafah and makes then move out of the 'safe zone', the networks for distribution of, which had been set up in rafah BECAUSE it was the safe zone, would be disrupted. surely this was israel's goal, or they wouldnt have forced the entire population into rafah before attacking rafah.

They also address the incoming aid, saying there has been a steady flow except for the week all the crossings were shut down. They also give specific data on food distribution. They also said, while they had heard reports of famine they have not witnessed it themselves. Very informative and surprising information.
it sounds like we agree that the IDF killing 7 WCK aid workers temporarily shut down their operations, and that WCK has been affected, like all aid orgs, by israel limiting the entry of aid
nothing else you or the first bot said responds to the substantial point that has been regularly made by aid orgs on the ground, that the the IDF's rafah invasion destroyed existing networks to distribute aid, making delivery much more difficult and leading to the current problem. the IDF's invasion has made aid delivery extremely dangerous, reduced the capacity of aid orgs to recieve it, and is further preventing delivery by approving only a very limited number deliveries. this exact problem, the inability to distribute aid, was one of the main reasons why the world thought invading rafah would be a humanitarian disaster. the US has even admitted israel never had a plan to address this problem. congrats to isreal though on their success in resisting international pressure to further their genocide, it is a great political victory for the settlers.

nothing you have said substantially addresses the fact that the inability of organizations to access aid at kerem shalom is due to the fact that the IDF invaded rafah and displaced all the people a second or third or fourth or nth time, and disrupted all the distribution networks that had set up specifically in rafah because the IDF said it was a safe zone and ordered most of the population to evacuate there. nor does it address the fact that, before israel's invasion of rafah, pretty much the entire world said that if they did invade, exactly this would happen- that access to aid would be stymied. and that, even the US has admitted for months that israel had no plan to compensate for the access to aid that would be lost by the disruption of these and other land crossings. the IDF operations make it impossible to safely traverse the route between al-mawasi and kerem shalom, for example, especially with the IDF track record of killing aid workers on IDF approved missions. and the UN agencies have said the IDF is only approving a small number of trips to deliver aid. so congrats to israel on successfully pulling off their genocide.
