    I assume 4 sets of 5 reps you did 4*5 throughout the day or in one session

      Thank you for your kind words. Yes I did 4 sets of 5 reps. I did it throughout the day. One session would not work since I was doing it every day. You need to keep about 30min between sessions if you can. Then you don't feel muscle pain the next day
